What I appreciate most about DonorPerfect is how user-friendly it is, and how easy it is for me to access and pull the reports I need. One of the biggest advantages has been collaborating with our direct mail firm, which is already very familiar with the platform. They’ve helped us build customized reports that make it much easier to track and analyze our fundraising efforts. DonorPerfect is very user-friendly overall, but some of the reporting features can be frustrating. Certain reports take multiple steps or extra adjustments to pull the exact information I need, and reconciling data between different reports can be challenging at times. I also wish there were more intuitive ways to segment donors and analyze specific fundraising activities without having to build customized filters or create separate reports.
