What do you like best about DonorPerfect?

I use the chat bot feature ALL the time. It's super helpful when I'm in the middle of working on something and I get stuck. I've also used the helpline and all the agents I've spoken with have been professional, knowledgeable, and capable of helping me. I've also used the pre-recorded webinars to learn how to do something and they've always been clear and easy to follow. All in all, I think the support DP offers its users is top notch. What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

DonorPerfect can do ALOT and that can be overwhelming at times. It's sometimes difficult to sift through all the things DP can do when I'm trying to find out how to do what I want it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

DP helps us keep track of our network of supporters and allows us to keep all kinds of information about them. I like that they don't have to be a financial donor for us to keep track of our interactions with them. We use it to keep track of people who've come to our events, who volunteer with us, and vendors/businesses who give us discounted rates/gifts in kind. It's nice to have one place where we can store all our info and run reports to get information. If we kept the info in multiple databases, it would be a nightmare to have to go hunting for all that information and bring it together manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
