What do you like best about DonorPerfect?

It's easy for everyone on our team to use, not just staff who are good at data. The reporting is robust enough to produce sliced and diced lists for mailing, thank you calls, and to help us learn more about our donors. We had a great training experience with Sean Potero and I've been happy with the chat support we've received since then. Compared to our previous CRM, Raiser's Edge, it's light years more modern and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

As with any CRM, navigating data imports from other platforms like Greater Giving is difficult. No two programs handle households or couples in the same way, and that makes importing event or auction data frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to track our donors' engagement and ensure our deposits balance with what accounting sees in the bank. Our biggest problem prior to using DonorPerfect was pulling reports from an outdated Raiser's Edge database, and the filters and reporting functions of DonorPerfect has made our lives much easier.
