I get the true sense that the more I put into DonorPerfect, the more I get out. With a plethora of ways to categorize, flag, narrate, and note on gifts and donors, DonorPerfect becomes a knowledge base of the organization. It can make a great infrastructure to ease in the growth and evolution of an organization as personnel come and go within a development department of a non-profit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A more streamlined access to support would be helpful. There are times I wish there were little "?" bubbles that you could hover over and it would give you more information on what a specific section of the website is for.
