What do you like best about DonorDock?

I love the clean design and simple interface. While DonorDock is quite robust and powerful, it feels intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

There are some features that would be great to have that are still in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?

While we were using a different CRM beforehand, we still had contacts spread across several different databases (including email programs). Before the transition, only part of our team was using the CRM. Now, all of our team is using DonorDock each day. It's become the core software at the center of our ministry.
