What do you like best about DonorDock?

I love how robust DD is and how easy it is to use. The price is less than half what we would have paid with other CRMs, and it includes emailing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

I wish that it was easier to connect mailing lists and that the merge features for duplicate contacts were more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Donor Dock lets us keep everything in a cloud service so that everybody on my team can access it easily. It also lets us keep updated records for our donors and patrons that everybody can access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
