What do you like best about DonorDock?

DonorDock is simple to use. And very effective. The CRM is the best that I've used. And the staff is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

The only thing that I don't like it that there are no separate training manuals or pdf's. Maybe I'm wrong about that...And I want to be able to add attachments to emails that I send in the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our donors and contats are in one area finally. And it's very easy to do marketing blast emails. And now we know where everything is.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though we don't have PDFs to download, we do have an extensive help center that we keep up-to-date where you can go to find answers or training. We also would love to chat at any time if you ever have questions or need help.

For the email attachments, there is a great way to work around this industry-wide limitation with URLs, the link below shows you how to do so. Hope that helps!
