What do you like best about DonorDock?

I like the ease of use that I notice with DonorDock. It was so fun to get into the system and start working with it right away. I didn't need too much training because it was so easy to understand. If I did get stuck on something, the DonorDock team has created video tutorials of EVERYTHING! Also, the customer service that is on standby is quick to address any needs I have. What do you dislike about DonorDock?

I haven't used the email capabilities... yet. This will be something that I use in the future I am sure, but right now I am using the dashboard and reporting inside DonorDock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the problem of the time it takes to connect with donors. DonorDock provides users with a list of people that they suggest you follow up with. You can quickly click their name, find their email or phone number, and shoot them a quick message. Then DonorDock tracks that you've connected with a specific donor, and you are prompted with more people to connect with. It's the best "to-do" list, and they add the people to it.
