What do you like best about DonorDock?

One of the most valuable features for us is the Action Board. It provides clear reminders and prompts that support timely, consistent stewardship and help ensure we don’t miss any opportunity to connect with our supporters.

We’ve also found Otto to be a strong addition to our team. It helps our team craft thoughtful, personalized stewardship journeys and messaging, enabling us to engage our donors more authentically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

One of our challenges with DonorDock is setting up households and linking accounts so that donors connected through a household, workplace, or community appear together. When we integrate DonorDock with other platforms like Stripe or GiveButter, we also find that we have to spend additional time cleaning up duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before moving to DonorDock, we had donor information scattered across multiple databases, each with different criteria for tracking donations, along with varying processes and procedures. With DonorDock, we’re transitioning to a more refined, integrated database that makes it easy to view donors’ current engagement as well as their historical giving. Reporting is straightforward and readily accessible, and we can also access additional training and support without difficulty. The support library gives our team ongoing training that’s easy to search and use, which helps us continue building our skills and improving the overall performance of both the software and our team.
