**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like the fact that it is easy and that people can easily make monthly donations to us. It also helps them take us seriously because it seems professional. What makes the experience easy and professional are the recurring donation forms. The initial setup was also quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

{"I find that the website has a lot of bugs.","I notice that the website often doesn't work well.","When you click on something it often leads to other pages.","I wanted to add another function so that people wouldn't receive invoices every month in their email; it didn't work and it still doesn't work.","When I clicked, the message was 'recording donation' then it redirected me to the 'account' page (you can see my name, login, etc.), but the change wasn't applied.","I clicked to prevent the sending of monthly invoices and it didn't work."}

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps me receive monthly donations easily for my association. People can easily make recurring donations to us through the forms, and it looks professional, so people take us seriously.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like that people from anywhere in the world can donate, and it accepts different currencies, which is great because I have friends in India, the US, and Canada who can all donate easily. There are lots of options and customization, which is good. I can have the donor wall for everyone to see how much money has been raised, or I can hide it if I choose not to show how much has been raised so far. The initial setup of Donorbox was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I found it difficult to change some settings. Like, when I wanted to hide the donor wall, I looked and looked and Googled how to do this. It wasn't so easy. I had to send Donorbox an email and they had to make the change for me. I don't find it as easy to customize certain things. Also, someone in India mentioned that they had to put an email address before donating, and some people don't use email. So that's another thing I don't like.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox offers monthly recurring donations in Canada, which GoFundMe couldn't. It enables global donations in various currencies and provides customization options like hiding the donor wall, making it ideal for NGOs.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

One thing I’ve really been appreciating lately is the new Donorbox dashboard. It gives a more immediate view of performance, especially the “Amount Raised” section, which now lets you quickly compare results with the previous year. That kind of context makes a difference when you’re trying to understand if a campaign is actually growing or not.

I also like how donation sources are now easier to track and visualize. It’s simpler to see where donors are coming from and which donation methods are working better, without having to dig too much.

The biggest improvement for me is the way top donors are displayed. The new layout makes it more intuitive to identify and keep track of your most valuable supporters. Overall, the dashboard feels more actionable.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

In my point of view, the donor experience can be improved, when it comes to updating personal donor details. Requiring users to create a Donorbox account just to manage their information adds some friction, and simplifying that would make things smoother for the donors.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I simplified the donation process for users. And this has increased and facilitated the donations.
I have implemented Donorbox mainly to raise one-off and non-regular funds. Also, I can clearly see what the source of the donation is by tracking it using UTM technology in the URLs.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

We’ve had a great experience using the Donorbox Live Kiosk. It’s been an easy and professional way to collect donations during events and in-person campaigns. The setup was straightforward, the interface is clean and donor-friendly, and supporters appreciate how fast and simple the giving process is.

One thing we especially like is how seamlessly it integrates with our existing Donorbox campaigns and reporting, making it easy to track donations without extra administrative work. The live display and mobile-friendly experience also help create engagement during events.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Donorbox has been a strong platform overall, especially for ease of use and getting campaigns launched quickly. That said, there are a few areas where we’d like to see improvements. Reporting and donor segmentation can feel somewhat limited compared to more advanced CRM-focused platforms, especially as organizations grow. Some customization options for forms and donor journeys also require workarounds or external tools.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps solve several key fundraising challenges for our organization, especially around simplifying online giving and improving recurring donor retention. Before using Donorbox, creating donation campaigns and managing donor experiences required more manual work and multiple systems.

With Donorbox, we’ve been able to streamline donation processing, launch campaigns quickly, and provide donors with a much smoother giving experience across desktop, mobile, and live events. The recurring giving tools have also helped us grow and manage monthly donor support more effectively, which is incredibly valuable for long-term sustainability.

Features like the Live Kiosk, text-to-give, embeddable forms, and integrations with payment processors and other tools have helped reduce administrative burden while increasing donor engagement. Overall, Donorbox has made fundraising more efficient, more accessible for supporters, and easier for our team to manage day-to-day.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I use Donorbox for funding my organization, and I love that it's easy to use and helps me track giving. The giving page is simple and easy, which means I don't have to have people try and navigate a difficult page. It's really helpful because I don't have to do it all by myself, making it much less hassle. I also appreciate that tracking how much people give and when they give is straightforward. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, making the onboarding process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I wish there was a broader way to find new people to give. More of a social media help.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox provides a simple and easy giving page, making it easier for people to donate. It allows me to easily track how much people give and when, so I don't have to do it all by myself, simplifying fundraising for my organization.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I love how Donorbox provides easy access to my photos, which is crucial as a photographer. I appreciate its ease of use, making peer-to-peer sharing seamless and efficient, similar to an electronic version of an in-person dropbox. This makes internet usage and file storage straightforward and less cumbersome for me. Furthermore, I find Donorbox easier to use compared to Google Drive, highlighting the user-friendly nature of its platform. The initial setup process is also very simple, adding to the overall positive experience with Donorbox.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I dislike that Donorbox can be a bit glitchy sometimes. There have been times when I attempt to load my account and encounter an error message, or I have to wait a few minutes before retrying. This disrupts my workflow and can be frustrating when I need to access my stored files quickly.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Donorbox offers easy access to my photos, is straightforward to use, and facilitates seamless peer-to-peer sharing, making it superior to Google Drive for file storage.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to upload payment methods or forms of payment that come in other ways, keeping our accounting clean. I also like that we can generate reports quickly, which has cut back on our staff's time because the system does so much that we were formally doing by hand. We also appreciate the integration of forms with our website and like the setup and the way campaigns can be followed by individual team members on our staff. Additionally, the initial setup of Donorbox was very easy, and we integrate it with our Stripe platform.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I wish that Donorbox had robust CRM capabilities. We've looked into it, and I understand it's in the process of being built, but the CRM capabilities are not there yet.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps us raise funds, delineate them cleanly, and integrate forms with our site. It saves staff time by automating tasks we used to do manually, keeps accounting clean, and lets us generate reports quickly.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like best that Donorbox is very practical and easy to use. It makes the donation process simple both for our organisation and for our donors, and the platform is clear, intuitive, and efficient. It helps us manage fundraising without unnecessary complexity, which is a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I do not have any major complaints, but one difficulty is tracking the transferred funds clearly. Because payments are grouped together before being forwarded, it is not always easy to identify exactly which donations are included or to understand the timing of the transfers. As a result, it can be difficult to follow our income precisely from month to month.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps us by bringing donations into one place in a way that is clear and easy to manage. This is especially useful for us because we receive support from donors of different nationalities. The platform makes the donation process straightforward, gives us a transparent overview, and the transfer fees are not too high, which is a real benefit for our donors and our organisation.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like the integration with Stripe, and it's fairly easy to set up the campaigns. Lot's of support during the purchasing phase to make sure this was the right product for my organization.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I am using DonorBox live and purchased two kiosks. They arrived in a box with no instructions on how to put them together. I had to email them specifically for instructions. The Android tablets they sent me were full of spam apps that are impossible to remove. The subscription price is very high, and I doubt it will be worth keeping DonorBox, especially since it keeps breaking down. At least once a week, when I walk into my organization, it's not working. It says "connect to card reader." I am solely responsible for this and cannot rely on coworkers to fix this, so it just sits unusable for days, and we receive no donations since I work most days remotely. We might even lose money due to the high subscription cost, it breaking consistently, and not being able to accept donations.

I had many serious issues getting the system up and running. They did help me during that process.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like how it integrates multiple payment options into a single source. It has tremendous potential with its forms and AI-like automation, and it can be as simple as you want or you can dive into more complicated builds. It also displays the complex data you need quickly, compiles the data into easy to read formats, and doesn’t trap your donors in ads. The free option is a big plus, because it lets an individual use it without commitment and take the time to master its complexity. On top of that, their support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The fees seem a little steep once you consider that you are paying Donorbox and the financial platform's fees (e.g. Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay).

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donor box is making it easier to trace, report, and submit donation receipts back to the recipient. It performs seamlessly with the connected platforms that you consent to.
