What do you like best about Donorbox?

I started using Donorbox to launch a fundraising campaign, and overall my experience has been very positive. What I like most about Donorbox is how easy it is to create a fundraising website and manage everything through a simple, user-friendly dashboard. The aspect that stands out most to me is how quickly I can set up a fundraising campaign and get it online; the process is simple and straightforward, and the dashboard makes it easy to manage everything in one place. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and I was able to set up my fundraising campaign quickly without any technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Donorbox?

One area that could be improved is the payment process. I use PayPal to receive donations, and I believe the minimum withdrawal amount of $100 per month can be a challenge. This was one of the main obstacles I faced, as it may make it difficult for people running smaller fundraising campaigns to access their donations more easily. What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with PayPal holding your donation funds for 21 days. PayPal’s payment holds are determined by PayPal and are outside of Donorbox’s control. If you prefer, you can also connect Stripe to accept credit and debit card payments directly.
