I appreciate Donna because it saves me a lot of administrative time, allowing me to organize my time more effectively. It's an easy solution that helps us do less work. I also like that I can call after a client appointment and Donna converts my speech into notes that are immediately entered into the system. In some cases, Donna doesn't hear everything I say, causing some parts or words to be missing in the notes. This means we still have to check if the notes are correct. It's a bit inconvenient, but it is slowly getting better. However, we still need to check the notes to ensure everything is correct, which can sometimes be annoying, but it's not very disruptive.
