I use Donna for my entire day of client visits and the experience has been very good. The tool is quite useful, taking a lot of work off our shoulders as sales representatives. I like the speed with which everything is done and the fact that it has freed up many hours of desk work for me. The practicality is something I really appreciate. After leaving a meeting, being able to talk to Donna and make the entire visit report is fantastic. Moreover, I particularly like how everything is structured, it seems very well organized to me. For me, it would be ideal if Donna had access to other tools like Tableau or Google Keeps. This would help me immensely in my daily routine, but I understand that it is still a developing application, so I believe that in the future these integrations can be improved. Additionally, the initial setup process was not easy, with many errors and several situations that needed to be changed, such as language issues, text structure, and information errors.
