What do you like best about Donately?

I've used many donor CRM platforms, but Donately's intuitive integration with our website makes it so easy to receive payments and have them recorded in a searchable database. I recently started as the new general manager for a not-for-profit so having a donor management system that was easy to understand was so helpful during my first few months. What do you dislike about Donately?

I'm still learning more about the platform, but I think it's a bit challenging to treat it as a full 360 donor/audience management platform. The database is built on actual transactions, but we receive donations through a few different methods. Figuring out how to record these into the platform is something I was able to learn on my own. What problems is Donately solving and how is that benefiting you?

Donately solves the need for a simple, reliable way to capture and record donations in one centralized place. The seamless integration with our website allows gifts to come in and be automatically logged in a searchable database, which saves time and reduces manual tracking. Having an easy, intuitive system has been especially beneficial as I stepped into a new role, giving me confidence that our donation records are organized and accessible.
