Outdated User Interface & User Experience

The interface feels dated compared to modern SaaS products. Despite recent improvements, the UI still reads as "functional rather than pleasant," creating adoption friction especially with sales teams used to slicker tools . The usability and user-experience are not up to market standards , and the graphical interface is described as "old" "Dolibarr: A Solid ERP, But Integration Needs Work"

It handles core business processes well, but connecting it with other tools requires extra effort. The modular approach is great, yet the limited API and lack of out-of-the-box integrations mean you'll need custom development or middleware to sync with your stack.
