What do you like best about Dokapi?

I find Dokapi's technical solution to be very simple, which makes integration very easy, especially with the electronic invoicing system in Belgium. The reliability of the solution stands out for me. It's also very simple to install and brand. Additionally, I appreciate their team for being very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help when I have a problem. The API, particularly with its JSON format, was really an easy way to integrate into our software without too much trouble. The initial setup was really easy because of this API and the JSON format. What do you dislike about Dokapi?

I think navigating their documentation on the Internet could be improved. It would be good to have an AI agent instead of having to find information across all the different web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dokapi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dokapi helped me easily integrate with the Peppol invoicing system in Belgium, ensuring compliance with electronic invoicing. It's reliable, simple to install, and their friendly team aids in problem-solving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
