I find Dokapi's technical solution to be very simple, which makes integration very easy, especially with the electronic invoicing system in Belgium. The reliability of the solution stands out for me. It's also very simple to install and brand. Additionally, I appreciate their team for being very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help when I have a problem. The API, particularly with its JSON format, was really an easy way to integrate into our software without too much trouble. The initial setup was really easy because of this API and the JSON format.
