What do you like best about Dokapi?

Absolutely, the support from Dokapi is great. I also appreciate the tool's ability to transform formats, for example from a UBL format to other formats, as well as its ability to recognize PDFs via the machine learning tool, which is quite unique in the market. The initial setup was really easy thanks to the developer's documentation, which is simple to use, especially for a specialist in the field like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dokapi?

Archiving is a feature that would be really useful to develop. Invoices should be archived long-term for up to 10 years depending on the country. And it would be good if Dokapi provided this legal archiving feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dokapi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Dokapi to send and receive invoices and other documents via Peppol, which frees me from the need to do it manually. It's simple thanks to the SaaS integration and the use of webhooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
