Absolutely, the support from Dokapi is great. I also appreciate the tool's ability to transform formats, for example from a UBL format to other formats, as well as its ability to recognize PDFs via the machine learning tool, which is quite unique in the market. Archiving is a feature that would be really useful to develop. Invoices should be archived long-term for up to 10 years depending on the country. And it would be good if Dokapi provided this legal archiving feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
