Dojo Champ has been an awesome tool for our Taekwondo school, but the number one thing I can say about this company is that the customer service is phenomenal. Miss Park and Jon are absolutely amazing to work with!

Whenever I have a question, need help, or have an idea that could improve the software, they respond incredibly quickly and genuinely listen to my feedback. What impresses me the most is that they have implemented multiple features and improvements that weren't previously part of the software simply because I asked for them. In several cases, these changes were implemented within a day!

As a school owner, having a software company that doesn't just sell you a product but actually listens, responds, and works to make the product better based on your needs is invaluable. It feels like they genuinely care about helping our school succeed.
