**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

This a super easy to use application where you sign up, add companies and start managing documents in a safe and organised manner. Found this and Integrated with my everyday work and communications with customer and streamlining document centric workflows became simpler due to its right implementation.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Daily managing paperwork is a tedious task and we are moving towards reducing manual paper based process to increase speed and reduce errors. Nice app.

It has helped in improving automated workflows and reducing manual paperwork with advanced features like indexing and OCR.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I have recently found that you can highlight all of the invoices you wish to fill in a certain location and they will load one after another without having to select the file destination for each one.
As I use this on a daily basis to file and search I find that the system overall is very good.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

prior to finding the hack mentioned it was the fact that you had to click into each one, but not it would be the fact that it doesn't always find the document you need in the search option if you are been vague

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

filing online allows people who are not at the office and connect remotely to be able to search for documents that would otherwise be filled in a specific location.

A bit complicated to get going. 
Sometimes the log files get pretty large and the maintenance jobs need to be tweaked

Helps a lot with going paperless. The indexing works pretty much flawlessly. to find one invoice in literally thousands takes a few seconds

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

IIf well configured in every aspect, Docuware can come in to help translate the paper-based stream into a fully digital (paperless) stream. There are no limits. After the first test flow, our company tried its hand at forms management, thus eliminating a whole series of internal documents and forms that had no digital trail. These forms can be correlated to external or internal Db for retrieval of one or more data. In our case, an integration between ERP and Docuware is a must.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

In our case we made use of the Cloud license.
The price is definitely a bit high, and the gb available is small compared to the growth of companies in the current period (50 GB).

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital transformation, paper abandonment, less ecological footprint

I always felt safe and secure including a feeling of pride that I had access to all of my documents at any given time.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

I felt like a little past the few times I used it it became sluggish but I was in a dead spot so it may have just been the reception.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not read as much about the software that I should so I cannot voice opinion on this topic. I am currently researching what potentials it has and how I can push the software. I may update my review at a later time.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

The features I liked about DocuWare were that the automation was very robust which will allow different kinds of businesses to automate repetitive tasts very easily. The customizations of workflows to fit specific business needs is also very valuable and it can enable businesses tailoring their complex processes with ease. With the seamless integration with other business application, DocuWare will also allow more connected and streamlined workflow across different departments and systems.

People unfamiliar with document management systems could have difficulties initially, and it could be a challenging learning curve.

The problems I run into the most is managing vast amounts of documents. With the centralized digital repository, DocuWare makes it easy to store and organize documents quickly.

I've been using DocuWare in our airline company for the past two years, and it has completely transformed our operational processes. I particularly appreciate the quick search function, and the ability to create custom workflows. Before using DocuWare, we relied on a generic document management system. DocuWare stood out because of its seamless integration with our operations and its scalable architecture.

I believe the mobile app could be improved for offline access, and the reporting capabilities could be more customizable.

I very much like the products and services that are present in DocuWare. It's a very helpful and easily manageable tool. The security standards are they providing and the management services are too good. Frankly, I am not a regular user of DocuWare but overall using experience with DocuWare is very good.

I dislike the high fees and sometimes there is an issue with OCR services.

A lot of software available now. It generate no real sense of satisfaction all AI generated, but with DocuWare it's authentic, very simple to use and provides excellent quality on a daily basis. It's apart of my business success.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I love how user-friendly the interface is. The capture and indexing with their intelligent indexing are very accurate. Once the workflow is built, it's a very easy process for users and approvers to complete tasks. Being able to integrate with current systems and customizing the platform to fit our needs is very important. The system is used daily to complete multiple tasks. It was very easy to implement into our organization. And if we have any issues we have a direct line to Support.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

If I could think of one downside, it would be the limited offline functionality. Even though the platform has a mobile app, it is challenging sometimes to work with documents when off-line. This is a situation that rarely happens.

I like how user friendly DocuWare is and that it can be used on a mobile device for on-the-go poeple like myself. The upsides of DocuWare is the flexibility and customization for me.

It takes a little bit to get used to, so may not be user friendly for not so tech savy individuals.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I think one of the best tools built in to Docuware is the forms.  I have created many internal forms and some customer facing ones.  This allows us to collect data from clients that we need to be at our Best.  We are a mid sized Office Equipment dealer and we use these features for many facets of our business.    We make network survey forms that allow us to get the info we need to configure the machines before delivery.  It makes for a smooth transition when swapping out machines.  We recently made Customer referral forms as well where customers we recently did business with us can refer someone they think might be interested in our products and services.  The usefullness of this product is limitless!

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

There aren't many things I don't like about Docuware, but the learning curve can be a bit much for some people.  Granted, they do offer their university to learn their products, but it may be challenging to some people as it is technology based skill building.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Networking and Telecommunications and I still find some of the subject matter challenging.  The plus side to all of this is that their support is unwavering and very helpful.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documents are going to the proper people in our organbization using workflows.  Users are bing notified that new documents are there for processing.  Information is being processed quicker than it ever has and we always know the right people have the documents they need.  Delegation, excuses, and I forgot have been removed from equation and productivity is at an all time high.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

DocuWare's layout is very simple which contributes to the platforms ease of use and fast adoption rate.
It has the necessary integration with email, office etc as well as search capabilities to allow me to continue working in the application I am in (i.e. email, ERP, HR, Office)  yet still store and go find documents in DocuWare quickly and easily.

It does an excellent job indexing information from documents and then leveraging that information to kick off a workflow or simply making that information available to upload into other systems.

DocuWare is a blank slate so while one could set it up on their own I would recommend having a professional Service engagement do the implementation.  DocuWare can handle very complex workflows and so it is best left to experienced professionals.  That being said it is quick to implement

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

It does take time to learn how to administer and build out new workflows.  However, that is true for any application so I don't consider it a big deal.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now we are using it to store a variety of diffent document types in a central place so the entire team can find and reference them as needed.

DocuWare has always been the most outanding system to store and manage files and information. 
I call it, 'The Perfect Library" where nothing is lost, everything is secure and those needing access are granted access using connections to existing security.  For the last 25 years it has kept a solid grasp of their Document Management foundation and expanded the DocuWare world without comprimise.  

DocuWare is simple to begin and offers a highly advanced capability which improves how information is captured, used, integrated and delivered.  DocuWare's ability is not limited to a single set of connections but an open design allowing the design of highly advanced multiple connections which are then used by the average user on a day to day basis. 

DocuWare begins with capture and ends with a well organized system that can be used to move images, data, messages and information in a ballet of workflows all designed to connect and integrate easily into existing systems and ready to connect to future systems.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Innovation comes as such a rapid pace that it is difficult to absorbe all of the additions and capabilites as they are developed.  There are news letters, blogs, videos etc but I had a magic wand I would create a common entrace way that summarizes all of this information and links to the complexities in commonly defined groups.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue I see in our industry today revolves around delivering the right information to the right people and securing ALL of the information from everyone else.  The primary DocuWare system is focused in the center of a large enterprize with nearly 12,000 named users and just short of 1 billion images.  This information must remain secure, not only as common groups such as office workers but the information but also be internallly filtered so that certain types of documents are highly secured to only a select few.  DocuWare, working with Active Dicrectory and other security connections allows the IT team to simply add the users to their network in the propler places as they always do with a new employee.  DocuWare talks to these user directories to find their connections to DocuWare and the things they are allowed access to.  Keeping all information secure is number one.  

Secondly DocuWare allows for linking and buidling upon already existing data so that users are not limited to the data captured at time of document storage.  The abiliity of DocuWare to improve the index information and provide a 2 way connection to outside data has allowed for the simple development of a connection between 2 unrealated processes.  For example. Users looking at a GIS map representation of sites the organization manages is linked to DocuWare and users can automatically be taken to the documents and information in DocuWare that is realated to the site.  This ability has been simple and is a feature that is built into DocuWare and available to every user.

The best thing about DocuWare is when things are labeled correctly, I can find any document with the metadata and/or full-text search across 25 locations, 5 business units, and 900 employees. It is the ultimate self-service for pulling employee records, sales contracts, maintenance agreements, statements of work, or anything, for me, going back 18 years. For the folks importing and labeling documents, there are integrations and on-ramps making import simple and between intelligent indexing, click, indexing, OCR, AutoIndex, and workflow capturing your metadata is quite simple and easy. I use DocuWare quite literally every day.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

In 15 years I haven't identified a downside that hasn't been addressed over time.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, the problem we were solving was streamlining order processing. We were creating multiple copies of thick order packets in 2005-06 and at that time we were very regional, but as we opened offices that people weren't driving between everyday or even weekly, it became a major slowdown to process orders. By implementing DocuWare we are able to have control and transparency of the process from the time it is submitted, thru order processing, lease approval, purchasing, shop, logistics, and delivery to the customer. By having this kind of insight, collaboration, and parallel processes we were able to reduce our Order to Cash cycle by about 50%. In addition to Order Processing, other departments have adopted DocuWare over the years leading us to be 100% paperless. Anything that is a business record has a place to be archived in DocuWare

DocuWare allows me to keep track of orders without having to track down POs, Invoices, etc.  The status of every order is right at my fingertips!  If there is a billing question, I can find the order information in seconds, rather than having to search through a physical file cabinet and hope that the documents are correctly organized.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The web forms do not give us a lot of options for customization.  The appearance is clunky at best, especially for a web form in 2023.  I would lofe to see the ability to customize the fonts for fields, as well as a better way to structure the form than snap to place.

DocuWare has completely automated order processing, from the creation of the purchase requisiton through invoice approval, and even showing when an invoice is paid as soon as a check/ACH is printed!

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

What I like most about Docuware is the large number of utilities it has, such as integration with Office365, intelligent automation through trays, folders, scanner, Outlook, and more. Ease of creating trays according to the type of document. It is also possible to integrate with DocuSign to sign documents electronically. A tool with which several administrators can work in real time and is very functional. The document search is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The price is not cheap, so it is recommended to implement it only in companies with a high volume of activity and that can afford it. The other part I don't like is: employees have to agree when writing the names of the companies, CIFs, and other fields. Because if you add documents from the same company but there is a difference in the CIF due to a space or a period, when searching and filtering those documents, you will have two different companies. The other disadvantage is that all documents are stored in the cloud and you have no control over them, other than trusting the servers used by Docuware.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solves is the archiving of paper documents. In this era of digitalization, it is a fantastic tool. When it comes to searching for a document, it will always be easier to use docuware than to search in the physical file cabinet or in emails.

Ease of cloud deployments. Pricing model for clients in the cloud. The Intelligent Data Capture solutions. Ease of basic configuration.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Worklfow does not have enough built-in actions or rules. It requires too much scripting. Pre-configured cloud solutions are not transferrable to on-premise.

We are a reseller and leverage DocuWare to solve our clients business challenges using process automation and content services using DocuWare.

System is accessible from anywhere an internet connection is available.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

There were some issues with the notifications this past weeks, but it seems to be resolved.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to process documents in many different departments within our company. We are currently using the product for HR document storage and retention policies, as well as AP Invoice processing and matching.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Docuware allows users to obtain and examine Document papers in a single, easy-to-use platform. The user interface is simple and easy to use.  If there is a problem with file access, there is always another file online on the backup disk since Docuware rapidly synchronizes the two.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The program is somewhat costly. The technical support is ineffective. Because Docuware's capabilities do not allow complex logic, it is challenging to create a complex workflow.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docuware Reduces time constraints, and the query while searching makes it easier to locate what you're looking for than an old dusty file cabinet full of old, unreadable, or even fading documents.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

The ability to scan documents and have them automatically route to the appropriate individual or department is extremely helpful. The search feature is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

There are a few things that I dislike about DocuWare. First, the software can be a bit complex and difficult to learn. Second, customer support can be a bit spotty at times. Finally, the pricing can be a bit high for some users.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuWare is solving the problem of having to store and manage large amounts of documentation and files. This is beneficial because it allows for easier access to files and documents, as well as better organization and management of them.
