We initially looked into Docusign due to Adobe increasing their prices. The customer service is fantastic and really helped ease us through the transition from Adobe. Each user has their own log in and can send documents for signature at the same time. While we don't use many of the features aside from basic signing, it has greatly increased our efficiency as before we were relying on printing and scanning or faxing - this is a much neater and cleaner option! Building the document before it's sent for signature is super easy and you're able to copy others without requiring them to sign. If you make a typo in an email address, you're able to go into the sent document and make a correction as opposed to having to trash the entire thing and start over - a feature that's saved me quite a few times! **What do you dislike about Docusign?** While completely minor, the only negative I can say about Docusign is having to manually share templates with other team members instead of the templates automatically share to everyone. I can see how this feature would be beneficial to other teams if, for example, different departments are using Docusign, but it is a minor inconvenience for my team. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients are able to sign contracts MUCH faster now that they're able to do it on their phones or tablets instead of printing and scanning/faxing the documents back to us. ### 15. Recently I have discovered power forms which has made sending documents to multiple people so easy. Power forms enables you to send the same link to several people and when they click on it they get thier own document to sign and it routes automically from there. You can enbed this link into your email and send the emai once to all participants, it is coming from you not docusign. It is a functionality I use all the time now. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Pricing can be more than other services, but they do have the most functionality and integrations. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a team tht often needs to sign the same documents individually. I can have all the users I want; I'm only limited by envelope count. This is espacially handy when you have a high user turnover. I don't have to worry about the number of accounts I have going, we can just use it as much and as often as we need to with as many users as we need. Setting up SSO was very easy as well. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** The only downside I can think of is that DOcusign is so well known that the look of their emails are often cloned for nefarious purposes. Users who use Docusign a lot could be very easily dupped into clicking something they should not just becasue they're so accustomed to seeing the familiar yellow and blue emails. Not sure there's a lot the DS could do about this, but maybe. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** COVID and WFH really curtailed users coming in to the offcie to soign things. It has a very simplified user interface version that makes it easy to use. Getting it started with DocuSign was such an smooth experience and it gave me easy time to set it up and add my e-signatures. It is very compliant with global regulations and this allows me to implement it alongside with other products i use to sign any documents that need my signature. DocuSign offers a complete solution for e-signing by providing all the features needed to add documents, sign them and share them. It works really well across multiple devices and this gives me the freedom to always use it at all the times i need to sign documents. I really enjoyed all the times i had contacted the customer team. They were so friendly to me and solved my issues in a very professional way. Both our account manager and also the general customer service are very fast, resolutive and helpful. We have created a couple of tickets and we got contacted within 24-48h even if we had marked them as not important/urgent. We use it on a daily basis (HR department) and it makes the agreement process much faster as well as reduce the manual paperwork processes. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Pricy (still competitive but could be cheaper) It would be good to also be able to add custom fields to the user accounts and that they would show up also in the reporting section (example: employee number) (at least with the Business Pro account) Be able to edit documents within Docusign (like integrated word). Also when automating the aut-fill of documents based on certain fields, that after that also manual adaptions could be done to the document within the tool. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the agreement process much easier and faster. Our company has 9 different locations all over Florida, and because of DocuSign, we have been able to onboard all of our new hires online with ease. New hires receive the link with the Onboarding packet via email, and all they have to do is fill out the forms, and we are good to go! It's super easy to set up templates and packets in DocuSign, plus their customer service is excellent if you ever need to reach out to them with questions. They even reach out to you from time to time to make sure everything is going great, and there are no questions/issues on your end. They set up everything super fast, and they send you notifications when new features become available so that you can use those as well if you need to. They are always adding stuff to their software so that you can work can be easier and more efficient. We like DocuSign so much that we are thinking about implementing it in other areas of our company. We currently use it pretty much every week in HR related onboarding, but we might be using it in our billing/credit department for credit applications soon. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I have nothing bad to say about DocuSign. Their customer service is excellent. The organizations uses the tool in day-to-day operations. We use them for just about everything across all departments within the origanization. I love that the tool can: identify fields and apply overlays as is appropriate; support workflows such as approvals, signatures, and/or CC; power forms are a must when trying to streamline and scale static documents; and integrations are extremely powerful. I've used DocuSign with multiple organizations as a web-based product, ATS integrations, add ons in Outlook and Teams.
