"Docusign Makes Signing Fast, Easy, and Paperless"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about Docusign is how incredibly easy it is to use. It has completely eliminated the old, tedious routine of having to print out forms just to sign and scan them back. Everything is handled digitally in seconds.

Another great feature is the flexibility it offers with signatures. It gives you various signature formats and styles to choose from, allowing you to pick the one you like best or that looks the most professional, rather than forcing you into a single generic font. It saves a massive amount of time and saves paper as well. It is decreasing carbon footprint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The customer support is also very hard to reach when you actually need help with an urgent contract Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional signing requires printing, physical signing, scanning, and emailing documents. This manual loop often takes days or weeks, stalling sales deals, hiring processes, and vendor onboarding. Contracts can be signed digitally on mobile devices or computers in minutes, drastically accelerating business operations and revenue cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
