There isn’t any functionality I dislike. In fact, I once showed a useful DocuSign feature to the person responsible for contracts at Datadog. She wanted me to redo the entire signature process for a customer contract involving more than six people because she believed the signing dates were missing.

I explained that I had completed the process through DocuSign, so I explored the platform and downloaded the Certificate of Completion. It showed both the date and exact time of each signature.
