What do you like best about Docusign?

The platform is easy-to-use, from prompts through each of the individuals involved (signer, recipient, etc.) to the message for the recipients to completing the forms with standard options (e.g., signature, text box, date). Additionally, the "history" feature keeps track of the signing progress, and it is secure. Finally, recipients do not need an account to be able to review and sign documents, and they can sign wherever they are, whenever it is convenient, streamlining the signing process. What do you dislike about Docusign?

My biggest hurdle with Docusign is determining when I need a form to be accessed as a prefilled form or for the recipient to fill it. When I upload the nearly-completed form, I always pause at the question related to how to proceed so it retains the values I have included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business requires review and signature of forms of people who do not overlap in physical space - Docusign provides the secure and straightforward process where each person who needs to review and sign forms can do so regardless of location and timezone.
