What I like best about DocuSign is how simple it makes sending agreements and NDAs to clients for signature. I can send the document, track whether the client has opened it, and see when it’s completed without having to keep following up or manage files manually. Sometimes there are a few too many options when setting up a document, so it can take a little time to figure out the right settings. I’ve also had a few cases where the notifications or reminders weren’t as straightforward as I expected. Nothing major, but the overall process could be a bit simpler.
