What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how simple it makes the entire signing process. It’s easy to upload a document, add signature fields, send it to multiple people, and track exactly where things stand.

I also like that recipients usually don’t need much explanation. The signing experience is straightforward, which saves a lot of back-and-forth compared with sending PDFs over email and asking people to sign manually.

For me, the biggest value is convenience and speed. It turns something that could take several emails and follow-ups into a process that can be completed in a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The biggest drawback for me is the pricing. It can feel expensive, especially if you only need electronic signatures occasionally or have a smaller team.

Some of the more advanced features and plan differences can also be a little confusing at first. For simple document signing it works very well, but the platform can sometimes feel like more than you need for basic use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuSign solves the hassle of getting documents signed quickly, especially when multiple people are involved or everyone is working remotely.

Instead of printing, scanning, emailing, and following up manually, I can send a document for signature and track the status in one place. That saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and makes it much easier to keep agreements moving without delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
