What do you like best about Docusign?

It is very self explanatory and easy to use, even for first time users. You only have to sign and initial once and then you can apply it to different areas in the document you are trying to sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

It can get tricky if you issue a document for your client to sign, and they say they didn't get it, so you send another one, and then they try to sign the first one it won't work anymore. It's not an issue for me, but some clients get confused by this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Docusign:

Take advantage of the mobile aspect so employees can work in the field without needing a laptop or computer access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows for clients to sign documents remotely so you they can do it more conveniently than having to meet in person, etc. They completed document is ready immediately so there's no time spent waiting for docs to be mailed to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
