This minimizes all the risks and uncertainties we face with respect to data security throughout the organization. Due to the software we have saved time and ensured high quality of service. **What do you dislike about DocuShare?** Working with large amounts of data is quite difficult and lacking effective filtering functions. Licensing is expensive and complicated, and some companies may not have the resources for it. **Recommendations to others considering DocuShare:** A highly recommended platform with many interesting features. You are able to share it with the colleagues of yours. You are able to save files in formats that are various and open them online from anyplace. You are able to also upload music and pictures. You are able to import and export documents and very easily connect them to the email of yours. The user interface is easy and intuitive to operate, quite possibly for non technical users. **What do you dislike about DocuShare?** The one thing I do not like about DocuShare is it's way too expensive when compared with other instruments this way. The customer care of yours is unsatisfied with it. **Recommendations to others considering DocuShare:** DocuShare is among the best resources I've previously used. It's several features that some other tools don't have. You are able to deal with all of your files on the internet and browse them on any unit at every moment. **What problems is DocuShare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manage your store and files them safely on the server of yours. We know the way to manage our files, processes, and content. We've encountered crisis in the past, but with the application we're positive that our content is actually kept in a secure place along with the processes of ours. The aim is usually to give us the correct info when we want it. **What do you dislike about DocuShare?** This's complicated and sometimes takes some time to run, control and search for a huge number of files. I also had trouble with processing applications. What I like most about the combination of content administration and workflow is security. It's a solid thing: access to DocuShare from the Windows client. You can do this, but the majority of people will use the web interface. **What do you dislike about DocuShare?** Accessing a large number of files from the user interface is not easy. You may have to index all your files again, or you may have to index all your stored files again. It's 250GB, it's really hard to index all your files again. **Recommendations to others considering DocuShare:** If you need a simple and decent document sharing tool, I recommend it. Try it out yourself. **What problems is DocuShare solving and how is that benefiting you?** File sharing reduces the need for shared-sharing drives. All sections can use one page for files. Users can also enter the process and use configurable access rights to protect their files. This can be done. ### 10. Although Flex comes as a light model of DocuShare, this is a broad range of attributes that make it appropriate with some other competing applications that we've analyzed. **What do you dislike about DocuShare?** The price tag of DocuShare Flex won't be disclosed, though you are going to need to ask for a pricing from Xerox.
