"Mail documents quickly and easily with Docusend"

What do you like best about DocuSend?

I work in the apartment industry, and using Docusend to mail certified mail and sensitive information has never been easier. It saves me a trip to the post office, and I am assured that my documents are delivered. Also great for sending balance notices/invoices to past residents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSend?

Honestly, I cant think of anything I dislike! Very easy to use, affordable, and there is even a free trial! If I were to give any advice, however, it would be to increase marketing/awareness of Docusend. I am the only one in my company who uses this service, and this is only because I happened to stumble upon it when looking for certified postage online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DocuSend:

Docusend is great for anyone who is a landlord or in real estate/multifamily. A lot of sensitive documents need to be sent in this industry, including 3-Day notices, past due balances, etc. It is very time consuming to have to go to the post office for all of these needs- so Docusend saves a ton of time! What problems is DocuSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Docusend in the apartment industry. I am always sending out correspondence to current and past residents. A lot of the information I send is sensitive, or needs to be sent certified to guarantee the individual received it. Before Docusend, I needed to go to the post office, or order certified mail slips online. A lot of my letters would sit on my desk for days/weeks until I was able to get postage or certified mail slips.
