Purpose of using DocuSeal for me is to sent the Documents to clients for Signing it electronically and sending the copy of it for further processing of work.

The UI/UX design is very easy to navigate, and it’s free to work with. I also integrated it with my email, so any documents shared via DocuSeal are reflected back in my inbox, along with a copy of the shared documents. Performance-wise, it runs well and is very easy to use, with no lags or glitches.

The pricing is average and reasonable, so I’m comfortable continuing the subscription on a monthly basis. Support is good too, with timely replies whenever there are issues. The AI works great and helps cover things that might otherwise be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it’s a hassle to guide clients through the document and help them fill in the details and sign it. Also, if I want to download the plain document from DocuSeal, I have to open the entire document first and then download it, instead of having an easier option to download it from outside.
