What do you like best about DocuSeal?

DocuSeal has been a game-changer for automating e-signatures in our health-tech platform, HealthSathi. It’s open-source, self-hostable, and integrates smoothly with our existing workflows. The interface is intuitive for both technical and non-technical users, and the API is robust enough for developers to extend functionality. What do you dislike about DocuSeal?

While the core features are solid, a few advanced features, like conditional logic for form fields or stronger out-of-the-box analytics, could improve the experience. The initial setup required some troubleshooting documentation, especially for non-Docker environments. However, the community and support team are responsive. What problems is DocuSeal solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuSeal solves the challenge of managing digital signatures securely and efficiently in a self-hosted environment, which is crucial for our healthcare platform, HealthSathi. We needed a customizable solution that respects patient confidentiality and gives us full control over data and compliance. DocuSeal’s open-source model allows seamless integration with our workflows while keeping operational costs low. It has improved turnaround time for consent forms and internal approvals.
