What do you like best about Docupilot?

What we like best about Docupilot is how easily it allows us to generate complex, professional documents from our Airtable data. We have used it in our business for more than 5 years to create contracts at the click of a button. The variable data is pulled from Airtable, the clauses are in a Word template. What do you dislike about Docupilot?

Not much, the setup is straight forward. Even complex conditional multi-level formatting is achievable with the support of the very helpful team. If anything, having a free version beyond a free trial would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we manually constructed contracts in Word, which involved double handling and left room for error. Now the data is input once into our Airtable database and pulled directly into the contract template via the Docupilot integration. The process is triggered by a button on an interface, so once it's set up, the user doesn't need to intervene at all. If the contract template changes, a new Word doc is uploaded to the Docupilot dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
