What do you like best about Documo?

The stand-out advantage for our product and tech team is the flexibility of the mFax API webhooks, We can programmatically trigger secure fax transmission and e-signature collections straight out of our internal web portal, allowing us to process thousands of outgoing transmissions completely behind the scenes. Additionally, the flexibility to white-label the entire user portal and apply custom domain branding gives our external partners a completely seamless professional experience under our brand. What do you dislike about Documo?

While baseline monthly subscriptions are fair, page volume caps on core tiers can burn through quickly during high-volume document cycles. Crossing those thresholds triggers per-page overage charges that add up fast if you don't monitor usage daily. On top of that, while inbound routing rules handle standard email destinations well, advanced multi-conditional routing (such as auto-distributing inbound faxes based on metadata extracted by OCR) requires custom script work rather than an out-of-box rule builder. What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Documo eliminates manual document dispatch and fragmented third-party sign-off tools. Instead of having operations team download forms, upload them to standalone e-signature site, and re-fax confirmed receipt back to external agencies, the integrated API platform executes document delivery, signature collection, and file storage in a single automated loop.
