What do you like best about Documize?

I really value Documize’s flexible content-block editor. It's a game-changer for us when creating technical onboarding guides because we can reuse modular content blocks. This feature allows our small IT team to update documents swiftly without needing to rewrite everything, helping us meet our tight project delivery schedules consistently. The reusable modular content blocks are probably the feature I use the most, as they drastically reduce document creation time. What do you dislike about Documize?

I'm a bit frustrated with Documize’s limited response filtering and cloud-collaboration sync features. When we're gathering feedback on technical docs, not being able to sort responses by client project tier is cumbersome. It's annoying having to manually export datasets, which adds extra admin work during our busy project-delivery schedules. Also, it's a hassle that Documize doesn't sync comments to our cloud folders automatically, so we still have to do manual CSV exports. Our team pairs Documize with our CRM and a cloud file-sharing platform, but there's no native sync, which means more manual copying of document links and feedback into client CRM records.
