I also appreciate its embedded content blocks, which let me reuse GDPR-compliant product snippets across battlecards, cutting repetitive writing and keeping our client-facing messaging consistent effortlessly. The native search function performs really well even with our large library of DACH marketing docs. I can filter content by department, product line, or update date instantly. The shareable document links simplify distributing approved battlecards to our remote sales team without messy file attachments, and the access activity logs help us stay aligned with internal data governance rules.
