What do you like best about Documint?

What I like most is how easy it is to use, how quickly new features are released, and how fast bugs get fixed. The chat support is also super responsive. When you add all of that to the price, it’s a no-brainer. The REST API is super helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documint?

It was down or had bugs a lot of the time. The good thing, though, is that they fixed the bugs at an awesome speed, making you feel heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Airtable integration is better than ever. It’s super useful to be able to read only the necessary fields, instead of pulling a bunch of fields that aren’t even used in the template.

And with the REST API instead of the Airtable integration, it’s even better. It’s improving our database performance because we don’t have to do a read every time a new document is produced.

On top of that, it lets us do what we do best: automate processes with an easy UI, so even a not-so-technical person can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
