I like the Document Management System for its version control, which eliminates document collision and allows for instant rollbacks, preventing conflicting edits. The granular access controls are also a great feature, like creating a digital vault, preventing internal leaks of information, and customizing user rights such as view and edit. These features reduce our time handling and maintaining documents and ensure regulatory compliance with strict access control requirements. The things which can be improved are the steep learning curve for senior stakeholders, as the secretarial team is less tech-savvy so the board of directors has a constant struggle to adopt it.
