"Love IDC, ECM interface could use some help"

What do you like best about DocStar ECM?

We use IDC to process our AP invoices. So far, the intelligence of IDC has been my favorite part about utilizing ECM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocStar ECM?

When we first started implementing ECM, familiarizing ourselves with the interface was a challenge. It feels like a dated interface with buttons in so many places and you have to switch between multiple pages to accomplish tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocStar ECM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to ECM, we handled our invoices in hard copies and had to manually key in every invoice and line details. We handle 150-200 invoices per day. ECM will enable us to become more automated and digital so we can focus on other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
