What do you like best about Dockwa?

The software helped grow our transient boating revenue and streamline the process. The team at Dockwa is very attentive to putting out the best product and always evolving the software and adding new components to it. What do you dislike about Dockwa?

What problems is Dockwa solving and how is that benefiting you?

The old transient reservation process was super manual and cumbersome, made much more efficient with Dockwa. By requiring all reservations to be made online it created one simple easy queue for all our reservations. This was compared to the manual process of someone different fielding a phone each time and how that would be interpreted. Being able to see all the reservations in one place also allowed us to maximize the number of reservations we were taking without overbooking. The assignments tool became a key addition for us as we map out the seasonal and transient reservations. Taking on all our seasonal winter storage and dockage contracts was the latest evolution for us and was extremely successful. The contracts tool streamlined a very confusing and time-consuming mail merge process and provided a better experience for the customer. By allowing both online payments or the more traditional form gives our customers payment options and reconciles easily for our accounting team.
