What do you like best about DocketAI?

We loved how seamlessly DocketAI blended into our existing GTM stack. What do you dislike about DocketAI?

There’s very little to dislike. The platform is fast, intuitive, and accurate. The only improvement we’d suggest is even deeper customization for industry-specific vocabulary — especially for mobility and transport tech. The good part is that the Docket team is extremely collaborative; they trained the agent with our content quickly and even iterated on phrasing to match our tone. What problems is DocketAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our primary challenge was speed-to-lead and the quality of first engagement. In B2B mobility, visitors usually explore multiple use cases — operations automation, employee commute management, safety tracking — before talking to sales. DocketAI bridges that gap perfectly. It engages visitors right when intent is highest, qualifies based on context, and routes the right leads to the right team. The result: more meaningful demos, shorter sales cycles, and far fewer missed opportunities. We’ve seen an increase of around 10% in high-quality leads since deploying it.
