We send a lot of contracts every month, but they're mostly for smaller events—not million-dollar corporate deals. DocHub has been a great fit because the price is very reasonable, it's easy to use, and it has everything we need without all the extra complexity. The interface is simple, our clients have no trouble signing documents, and we were able to start using it almost immediately. For a small business that needs to send a lot of contracts without spending a fortune, DocHub has been an excellent solution. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. Every once in a while I've run into a tiny bug, but that's true of just about any software. The important part is that it gets fixed quickly. One time I contacted support about something that didn't seem quite right. A real person responded, thanked me for reporting it, agreed that it wasn't supposed to work that way, and the issue was fixed shortly afterward. That really impressed me. It's refreshing to deal with a company that has real people behind it who actually listen to customers. No software is perfect, but when the occasional little glitch comes up, DocHub has been responsive and easy to work with. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub has made our paperwork process incredibly simple. We send contracts throughout the day, every day, and we need a system that's fast, reliable, and easy for both our staff and our clients to use. One of the biggest benefits is how quickly documents get signed. Our clients don't have to create an account or figure out a complicated process—they just open the document, sign it, and they're done. Quite often, I send a contract and it's signed before I've even closed the file in my browser. For our business, speed matters. The faster contracts are signed, the faster we can confirm bookings and move on to the next customer. It's way more intuitive and easier than traditional methods like stock PDF or Adobe formats. The fact that it's all online, safe, secure, and easily accessible is a huge plus. I love that I can set templates, which saves me a significant amount of time. What really stands out is the ability to quickly complete documents with resources that are simple and easy to understand, with very few bugs. Being online also means I have access to it from anywhere, and nothing is stored on my computer, which is great. As a tool, it's invaluable for me and my clients. I've been using DocHub for years and appreciate its simplicity and the way it allows me to organize and merge documents, or separate pages, making it very intuitive to work with. Setup is exceptionally fast, especially with Google account integration, and navigating the platform is very straightforward. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** On occasion, there are some bugs. It's rare, but it has happened in the past. It's probably the worst thing because I've become so dependent on it. When bugs occur, which don't happen very often, it creates problems and further complicates things because then I have to resort to more traditional methods, which I find way more cumbersome. However, I have very limited experience with these bugs, and the support team is fantastic and very responsive when resolving problems. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find DocHub simplifies updating, arranging, and completing PDFs. It's more intuitive and easier than traditional PDF tools. It saves time as it's online, secure, accessible, and allows template setting. It's invaluable for my business, enhancing organization and document management. ### 3. I can open a file in the browser, add text, fix fields, insert signatures, leave comments, highlight sections, or turn the document into a fillable form without going back to the original file every time. That has saved us more than once when a PDF was almost ready but still needed a small change before sending. Before, that usually meant asking someone else to edit it, waiting for a new version, and reviewing everything again. With DocHub, we handle those small fixes directly and keep the process moving. The reusable templates also help a lot. We have forms and documents that barely change from one campaign to another, so turning them into templates with fillable fields keeps people from copying an old version or forgetting to update an important detail. It is not a flashy feature, but it prevents the kind of small mistakes that show up when the team is moving fast. I also like that electronic signatures are simple for people outside the company. Some partners sign from their phones without needing extra instructions, and that matters because the less someone has to ask, the faster the document gets done. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** There are a few editing limitations if you’re coming from heavier PDF tools. When a document already has a very polished layout or needs larger design changes, I usually prefer to edit the source file first and then use DocHub for the final tweaks—adding fillable fields, signatures, and handling distribution. I don’t see that as a serious downside; it’s simply important to understand where DocHub shines. For me, its real strengths are speed, ease of use, and keeping the document workflow simple, rather than trying to replace a full design suite or an advanced PDF editing tool. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** A partner campaign shows exactly why I keep using it. The landing page, emails, and campaign content are ready, but several companies still need to complete their participation documents before going live. Each partner has to fill out a form, review a few terms, and sign before being included in the campaign. In the past, that process would have been scattered across emails, downloaded PDFs, and files with slightly different names. This time, we prepare the base document in DocHub, add fillable fields, turn it into a template, and send each copy for signature. While the team keeps polishing the campaign, we can see which documents are completed and which ones are still pending. The best part is that we do not have to pause the launch just to chase files. I also like that I’m notified right away once a document is signed, so I don’t have to open the app just to check the status. These conveniences are well priced compared to other products on the market. It works well on my mac computer and from my apple phone and have not had any complaints from clients on different platforms. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** It works perfectly for my needs and have not encountered any issues. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using DocHub, I used to email contracts to clients, and they would have to print them, scan them, and send them back to me. That process was incredibly painful for the client and very time-consuming on my end. It also made it hard to get everything completed in a timely manner, and I often had to send follow-ups to keep things moving. It's super easy to get the signatures I need without worrying about paper copies. DocHub is easy to use, and the end user doesn't need to download any special type of application or software, which makes it easy for both me and the end user. The pricing is extremely affordable, which is great because I don't have a huge need for collecting electronic signatures and many other packages are much more costly. The initial setup was easy, and within five minutes, I was up and running. Because DocHub is so easy for them, candidates and employees have a good experience when interacting with me. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** I wish I had the ability to modify a document while I'm in DocHub. So right now, there's no opportunity if I realize I need to change some text. I have to get out of the system, make the adjustments, and then upload the file again. The other thing I would say is that sometimes documents don't import correctly. I pretty much always have to import them as an Adobe file even though it gives the option to merge Word documents. Sometimes they don't merge properly and don't format properly. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub eliminates paperwork, making it easy to get signatures from candidates and employees who aren't in the office, without worrying about paper copies. ### 8. Effortless Remote Document Management **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lydia C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024 **What do you like best about DocHub?** I like that DocHub is easy to use and allows me to add different fields like signature, date, etc. It's helpful that it is added as an extension on my Gmail, which lets me click on a PDF I receive via email and open it in DocHub right away. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** It's a little confusing sometimes when I am trying to duplicate (copy) a form like new hire paperwork so I can reuse the existing form for a new person. If there was an option to 'duplicate and clear fields for new signer' and a spot that clearly shows where to input the new signer's name and email that would be helpful. Right now I can clear all the fields, but it unassigns the role of signer from it so I have to reassign the new signer to the fields they need to fill out. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use DocHub to sign forms remotely since we no longer have an in-person office, which helps with sending new hire paperwork to technicians and staff. **Official Response from Rina P.:** > Thanks for your feedback, Lydia! The prompts are available and make it very convenient for our customers, especially since a lot of our clientele are in their elderly years. We appreciated not only the prompts and its indication to our clientele but also the price that we pay every month and the freedom that we have to use various tools. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** I was hoping we'd get to this section. DocHub is a wonderful tool, but it does have slow times when it generates prompts. For our elderly customers, it sometimes doesn't indicate those prompts until later on, which means there's a very slow update for our senior citizens. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub helps us by solving the lack of ability to sign and complete paper work.
