I've looked at several of the other e-signature services, and many of them are surprisingly expensive, especially for a small business. We send a lot of contracts every month, but they're mostly for smaller events—not million-dollar corporate deals. DocHub has been a great fit because the price is very reasonable, it's easy to use, and it has everything we need without all the extra complexity. The interface is simple, our clients have no trouble signing documents, and we were able to start using it almost immediately. What do you dislike about DocHub? Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. Every once in a while I've run into a tiny bug, but that's true of just about any software. The important part is that it gets fixed quickly. One time I contacted support about something that didn't seem quite right. A real person responded, thanked me for reporting it, agreed that it wasn't supposed to work that way, and the issue was fixed shortly afterward. That really impressed me. It's refreshing to deal with a company that has real people behind it who actually listen to customers. No software is perfect, but when the occasional little glitch comes up, DocHub has been responsive and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you? DocHub has made our paperwork process incredibly simple. We send contracts throughout the day, every day, and we need a system that's fast, reliable, and easy for both our staff and our clients to use. One of the biggest benefits is how quickly documents get signed. Our clients don't have to create an account or figure out a complicated process—they just open the document, sign it, and they're done. Quite often, I send a contract and it's signed before I've even closed the file in my browser. For our business, speed matters. The faster contracts are signed, the faster we can confirm bookings and move on to the next customer.
