Easy to set up, groups and branches features are useful to manage users (internal and external), simple to define the user's learning journey, accessible anywhere in the world. Capacity to record videos and amend them before publishing, diversity of formats recognized (ppt, Word, pdf, mp4...). Easy to use for the learner, possibility to stop a content and come back later to continue where they left, accessible in different devices. Support team is nice and efficient. The chat feature is very useful to have direct solution to an issue. Our CSM Omar RAI always tries to find solution and workarounds. He is willing to help us making the most of the solution. We have a very good relationship and we know we can trust him doing his best to guide us. We have regular catch up but Omar is always available in between when we have questions. The community is active. We can share our ideas and vote for the ones that would be the more useful to us. Then Docebo product team uses these ideas and votes to identify features to work on. Some features seem to be very common according to what we see in the community and could be very useful to a lot of admin/powerusers. Few features could help us gaining a lot of time. Also language management could be easier. And global reporting for assessment could be more detailed in order to follow up on users answers for several tests at once. The onboarding process is optimized and customized per department. Our customers are supported by video tutorial to implement our solution. Docebo makes our life easier on a daily basis.
