## Docebo Reviews
  ### 1. A strong partner committed to the success of my L&D strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara T. | Director of Learning and Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Everyone I have worked with - with the exception of one person who no longer works for them - is committed to understanding our goals and supporting us to achieve them.

Our CSM is very responsive. She recently took over from someone with whom I have worked for nearly three years. (He was promoted.) The handover was excellent and she has done really well in making our relationship her own.

It is clear that Docebo take their role as a business partner seriously. A recent example is when I had the opportunity to meet with Docebo's CEO and head of Product; although their schedules were packed, I was made to feel they had all the time in the world for me.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

At the moment it is meeting the needs of our learning culture. I would love to see more around skills functionality that would support learners track their growth in skils against a beginner/established/mastery (etc) rubric. I would be happy to be part of a focus group to explore this further.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment training engagment and completion is very important to the business and the current data and reporting tools do this well. New data insights will be landing soon and this will help me build a story that shows the impact training has on business outcomes. It is also easy to change your installation's navigation and design. We recently completely overhauled our site's UX and design; it looks fantastic and was straightforward to achieve.

  ### 2. Amazing support received from my account manager (jeanine)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Engy s. | Human Resource Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Honestly so far i cant thank enough Jeanine for her continuous support and communication , she has made the use of this system the best experience, and as we prepare for the launch her support has been phenomenal, and that strenghens the high expectations for rohbust customer support to come when we launch as well

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

at this point i dont have alot to say, one thing might be sometimes if the case is too complex and it needs a tier 2 and 3 intervention it, it takes a bit of time to resolve the issue

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a platform of Learning through Go1 elearnings
Helped with automating our induction process

  ### 3. Modern platform with great user experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

- Modern look & feel
- Easy usability
- User-friendly
- Fast support

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

- Expandable functions in the administration area
- In some respects, no individual customization possible

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Regular exchange and good support for general issues like server errors
- Difficulties in mapping use cases > Docebo provides relief in some areas, but less on an individual level, rather more generally

  ### 4. Good support and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia O. | Student Assistant Learning Management Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We have Freddie as our contact and he helps and support us very much. If you are not able to solve a problem we can always reach out to Freddie or use the chat and the respons is always fast. I also think that the platform is easy to learn for someone new and is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I think that our company would benefit if there was some other features. This is because it could shorten some of the things we need to do to have correct information and to be able to send correct information. But as a new to Arjo, I think Docebo is very good and I have not experienced so much to dislike.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Docebo we can improve knowledge for employees and have a structured system with trainings and followups. We can track all employees and how they are doing in their trainings, which is good for us because we need to see if they have done a training in a specific thing to be able to work with those functions they do.

  ### 5. Lags on innovation and tech support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

For the most part, team can manage our platform on a day to day basis without much technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

In the last 10 months we have had some significant challenges with Docebo in a way that has negatively impacted our user experience. Despite raising these challenges to the team on numerous occassions, we have never received the technical support to help us determine root cause. And the issues continue. We are expected to discover, troubleshoot, and implement solutions on our own - which is not what we expected when signing a three yer contract.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has not been particularly helpful in solving our problems.

  ### 6. Docebo: Our LMS Usage and Management Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian S. | Learning and Development Specialist II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We use Docebo's LMS product, and overall I would say we are pretty happy with it. The support we receive from Docebo is fantastic. I feel anytime I talk to our rep or the support staff in a chat, they really dig into how to fix the problem, provide reference material, and explain it thoroughly so I can solve it next time. They all have their own sandbox LMS sites to test any sort of technical issues we might be having. Docebo is fairly easy to use once you have a solid understanding our the core foundational elements for users (Groups and Branches). Docebo contains numerous features for types of course files you can use, settings to enable for courses, learning plans, and catalogs. Overall, it has been fairly to implement in our daily learning experience for employees.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Docebo does at times feel limited in the customization. Our company is fairly smaller (800 employees) compared to some other Docebo customers, so this lack of customization doesn't impact us too much as our team might not have the bandwith to really make use of more customization options. There are also some features or settings you would assume are active or would work, but they don't. Docebo is constantly updating some of these features, which is great, but sometimes I am left wondering how this wasn't in there before.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning engagement with our employees. Our team had a previous mindset that was very much operationally focused, but we wanted to be more learning and employee growth focused. Docebo has allowed us to leaverage some of their features such as catalogs and channels to be able to really highlight what our team is capable of. We see a lot of engagment with the LMS now, providing hundreds of custom course options for professional development.

  ### 7. Easy to learn, difficult to master

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joao C. | HR Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo Does These Well:
- User management
- Course management
- Automations, Rulesets, Notifications

Doceo Does Best:
- AI & Machine Learning
- Opening the System to both Internal (Employees) and External (Partner Sales Channels)

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

-Due to the number of features, it's easy to get lost
-Automatic unenrollment/easier unenrollment from Learning Plans would be helpful if it was added
-Small Add-On: Vendor provided training or guidance on how to utilize the API browser (Paid training is alright)

**Recommendations to others considering Docebo:**

Understand your use case and discuss this with whoever you're consulting with regarding LMS(es).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, our company's learning processes and experiences are very decentralized. Through Docebo, we are aiming to have a fully centralized learning experience for our employees. In the future, we are planning to use Docebo as an add-on to our current solutions (the partner sales training we offer).

  ### 8. Docebo

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette H. | Online Learning Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Even if you can't find a feature for everything you need and want, there are a lot of workarounds. We've found that even if we are told a feature isn't available for our specific need, we can usually find a workaround that fulfills the initial need. Their helpdesk ticket system and chat system is very helpful. If they can't give you exact answer, they will get back to you.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

When a new product or feature is rolled out, it sometimes is too quickly before full testing and causes more issues when released than before it was released. They are getting better and better with pushing out release dates if the product isn't ready so this doesn't continue to happen. More and more features and products are being released that are helpful and needed.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is our only LMS that we use and we are able to load all trianing including complaince that is required for 700+ users. We are able to pull reports and track that training in Docebo.

  ### 9. A competitive LMS

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert B. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Once a course is created, I like that Docebo creates a custom URL that can be shared with employees, giving them direct access to the course.

The course creation process is also very easy and has many nice features to customize access how you want users to access the course.

The LMS has many basic and advanced features you'd expcet to find in a top tier LMS.

Another good feature is the ability to log external training. We encourage all employees to log any training they take that occurs outside of the LMS using the external training feaute. It's very easy to use and has a bulk upload feature as well.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Docebo needs to work on going back to basics and refining admin and end user experiences. For example, some admin screen columns are not sortable, making it difficult to find and sort information. Calendar appointment attachments still need work - they are clunky to accept. And accessing link to join Teams meetings from inside the course page is clunky and not intuitive as well.

They did just change their customer support model which I think will be an improvement over their old model.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has created a centralized place for all things learning within our organization. It's allowed us to fully track much of the learning activity happening within our organization.

  ### 10. Very good LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Customer Success Enablement Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Very flexible, easy to create customized learning experiences for different groups of learners.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Expensive. They are charging extra for many new features

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to serve different content to internal and external learners.

  ### 11. Empowering Continuous Learning and Growth with Docebo's Comprehensive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara C. | AVP, Director Of Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo's platform is versitile and comprhensive hub for our employees and clients alike. Our organization uses the platform as a centralize repository for learning materials, resources and expert knowledge. It is a one-stop solution the helps us streamline the learning experience for our bankers. It provides and easy access for learners all in one place. The platforms features such as social learning and gamification add an interactive and engaging dimension to workplace learning

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There a several different ways to accomplish a task in the platform as an administrator. We've encountered challenges determining the most efficient method to utilize the systems functionality. WE've had great support from customer service; however, we have identified an area of opportunity for improvement in integrating Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendar.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to measure engagment with the platform and track learning is valuable to demonstrating the impact of our learning initiatives. Docebo's reporting capabilities allow me to identify and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond to leverage these resources. This encourages continued engagement and fosters a culture of recognition within our organization.

  ### 12. Your Go To LMS- Docebo Hands Down.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rais m. | Training Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

what I like most about Docebo is its intuitive and user-friendly platform, which makes managing and delivering training seamless and efficient. The robust features and customization options allow us to tailor our learning programs to meet our specific needs. Additionally, the excellent support from the Docebo team ensures that any issues are quickly resolved, enhancing our overall experience. The continuous updates and innovations keep us ahead of the curve, making Docebo an invaluable partner in our learning and development initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

However, there are a few areas for improvement. Enhanced customization options would be beneficial, allowing super admins to have more control over advanced APIs.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves your technical issues. They are almost negligible. Besides ease of use, customisation of Landing page, and reporting features and a feature like logging into users account are phenominal.

  ### 13. Great platform with a few areas of development!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avani P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like that it is versertile, you can change and adapt the look and feel of the platform to fit your business needs and suit the branding. I also like that the platforms allows most things to interlink ie notifications to groups, catalogues etc. The use is easy, once you have learnt the various elements and do play around. Docebo is used daily by myself the buisness globally.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I understand some issues raised would not always have a soloution, but I often find there is no middle soloution either. I find when I ask the customer sucess manager they usually do not know the answer to question or just direct me to search on the community. I would also sugesst a more responsive follow-up from customer sucess amnagers.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow colleagues to acccess digital training with ease. Support the business to train colleaguegs globally. Providing colleagues access to development programmes.

  ### 14. Great E-Learning platform helps our organization to boost the knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The Docebo platform provides numerous options for users to access various courses in diverse formats. It allows agile configuration of views and menus tailored to different user groups, presenting an excellent opportunity to personalize the learning experience for both internal and external users.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

At times, configuring settings may pose a challenge, but their support team proves to be excellent. Once you grasp the process, the platform becomes a valuable tool for enhancing E-Learning initiatives.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo assists our partners in acquiring proficiency with our software, enabling them to effectively guide their customers in implementing our solutions.

  ### 15. A modern and intuitive experience for users and admins alike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Feedback from our end users has been fantastic, they find the platform easy to use, modern and intuitive. We see huge opportunity in implementing existing functionality and are excited to see whats on the horizon.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We are a complex organisation and reporting has presented some challenges. Whilst Docebo have been supportive finding solutions we look forward to enhancement and improvements in this space.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content management, devilery and reporting

  ### 16. Good Experience so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruby J. | Learning & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Access to the customer success team as they are able to me support me when needed. Intergration was good and easy and the system is easy to use too. The system is used frequently and compliance love it.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The onboarding experience was awful as they did not explain the number of great feature that Docebo has and we found out later that there was so much more to the system.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep track of all the compliance training, also give us ideas on how to make the system much better.

  ### 17. Empowering Learning Journeys: A Seamless Experience with Docebo LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo's intuitive interface and robust features make managing and delivering training seamless. Its extended enterprise, gamification, and overall engagement factors such as UI enhance learner experience and engagement overall.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Not dislike it, but some of the reporting features which are very basic to have for business units aren't available unless requested at additional cost as a custom report. The bulk enrolment/ un-enrolment of learning plans via CSV is not available and has to be done via API browser which is slightly tedious. Lastly, the rollback feature is missing which is very basic to have, when by mistake at bulk any course/ learning plan is assigned while working on enrollment rules with groups/ branches.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo LMS has streamlined our training processes by providing a centralized platform for all our learning needs. It has significantly reduced administrative overhead and improved user engagement with its intuitive interface and robust reporting tools. The automation features save us time, allowing us to focus on content quality and learner experience. Overall, Docebo has enhanced our training efficiency and effectiveness, leading to better skill development and performance across our organization and for our customers.

  ### 18. Brilliant support team and seamless onboarding experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The Docebo staff. From scoping the project, finalising the contract, onboarding and the ongoing support. It has truly been a pleasure working with the team.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are some out of the box features which I feel should be standard in all LMS systems. I wish there was more flexibiity with the overall layout without having to use custom CSS.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing the Australian renewables industry with educational content.

  ### 19. Modern and user-friendly LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a very user-friendly system which can be customized quite a bit. Customer support is very good, questions are answered in a timely manner. The user interface is mostly intuitve and one notices small improvements being implemented on a continuous basis. It is quite easy to learn how the system works and from an admin perspective it can definitely be a time saver.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Unfortunately there are some very basic functions missing or limited, such as course approval rights for managers, setting prerequisities for courses is only possible within learning plans, one cannot automatically make tests or training material available after a person completed an ILT session, and the way permissions that can be given to power users ("sub-admins" with limited admin permissions) is also quite limited. Also, a learner cannot see how many seats are still available in an ILT session and visibility of sessions in a catalog cannot be made based on certain user criteria. The design of the attendance list cannot be edited and the certificate as well as notification editors are very hard to use, especially without html/css.-knoweledge.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the sytem to deliver training to our customers as well as employees in a modern and state-of-the art way. Also, it helps us with documentation and reporting on training activities and makes administrative taskes around training more efficient.

  ### 20. Better Than Most But Lacking Modern Architecture

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody W. | Lead Technology Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The UI is definitely one of the best among other developers. The integration with LinkedIn Learning for content is also really strong.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Super difficult to implement. Backend configuration is 10-years out of date and it's challenging if not impossible to undo misconfigurations without the API or paying for additional services.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing learning and development materials, integrating with LinkedIn Learning, and managing ILT events and attendance.

  ### 21. Docebo experience for external users across the EMEA region

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It is very fast and rather simple to navigate and use, both for admins and users. Very customizable for different groups of users; the extended enterprise is very useful when it comes to external users. Support is very quick to respond, although not always very knowleadgeable in the lowest tier. It feels modern and agile, compared to other obsolete and cumbersome LMS systems. The Power Users are a great functionality - although some limitations make them not perfect yet. Ease of implementation is also a plus - it does not take long to have it up and running.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are some functionalities and settings which cause some issues. Locations in the platform play a very passive role - not very visible for users, not possible to pull reports. The manager/team functionality does not allow them to choose a session for their team members and it is not possible to set up an approval flow. Course pre-requisites have to be embedded in a Learning Plan. ILTs and VILTs are considered the same thing, also for notifications, which is very confusing to users. And although there is a reason behind courses/session/events, it is ultimately a complex mechanism with a lot of redundant naming and renaming. Lastly, the Admin menu dashboard is a chaotic list of names.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to our external users. Thousands of service technicians across Europe who, although they are not company employees, need to follow training in order to be able to install and commission our units.

  ### 22. Docebo, the learning management system that is easy to configure and scale.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben B. | Director Of Product Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has a great support team that helps you configure and setup the platform in a matter of weeks or months. The system is easy to use for employees of all skill levels. You have the configurations and customization needed to allow various team members to build their content on the platform as Power Users. The company provides customer support until any issue you have gets resolved. Having performed due diligence and tested multiple LMS vendors, I would recommend you include Docebo in your top 2 or top 3 finalists. Thousands of companies use Docebo, and they have a good track record and are going in the right direction.

The extended enterprise functionality works well for businesses that have multiple brands or businesses under one corporate umbrella.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The native ecommerce functionality is not as smooth as I would like. Would recommend integrating Shopify with your Docebo for a better user experience. Shopify Mechanic app can handle the API work, once setup by a Mechanic developer, the integration is very easy to maintain and build out even for non-coders.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business uses Docebo to provide content to customers and to our internal employees. The scalability and customization of the system, including pages and menus, is top notch and can deliver unique user experiences for as many user segments as you can imagine.

  ### 23. So far so good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I truly appreciate the premium support we receive. Regardless of whether it’s the answer I want, I always get a response relatively quickly to all tickets raised, which I really value. Additionally, our Customer Support Manager, Aneet, is always eager to find solutions for us when needed or to connect us with the right people in the business as soon as possible so we can address any issues on a call.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

So far, I have been satisfied with my experiences with Docebo. However, we occasionally encounter frustrations with the LMS's limitations and finding solutions for these issues. Often, we are directed to posts from other users facing similar limitations and asked to upvote them so they are prioritised by the development team. While this approach doesn’t immediately resolve the issue, I understand why it’s done and appreciate receiving some form of feedback rather than a flat-out no. Additionally, some solutions take a long time to implement due to the development team's limited capacity, which further delays our issues. Nevertheless, I understand that this is beyond the team's control, and overall, I remain satisfied with the service.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have resolved our issue of receiving feedback for our workshops and provided a clear tool for gathering insights on the data in a visual and Excel-friendly format. Additionally, they are currently assisting us with our company reporting, making it easier to track our employees' compliance completions. Once finalised, this will be extremely useful and helpful for our Compliance team.

  ### 24. Docebo is a great platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo offers an intuitive interface which we could customise to our specific needs, making it easy to administrate and navigate around, and allows our clients to track and manage their own training and certification.

The platform offers comprehensive reporting and analytics, along with the ability to leverage social learning, gamification and artificial intelligence to enhance learning experiences.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some restrictions on certain platform features, such as the lack of ability to hide buttons or columns in tables without the use of CSS.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows our clients to track and manage their own training and certification within their company and offers comprehensive reporting and analytics to our clients.

  ### 25. Great implementation and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The ability to customise almost anything. Lots of flexibility and ability to make it personalised for almost each and every user. The support we received from the GuyKat team was also exceptional. We use most of the features and are aiming for a slow roll out once the basics have stuck.
Overall the admin expereince has been great with the back end being quite easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some of the features are a little clunky although they are consistently improving them. Small example is transfering the course types or the furations from Go1 to the sytem could be a bit easier/better

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to scale content across all our offices and make administration of ILT easier

  ### 26. The E-Learning Platform That Elevates Your Learning Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth M. | Software Application Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo offers a wide range of features that can satisfy any learning need you may have, whether you're an individual learner, a member of a team, or a manager responsible for training your employees. can adapt to your changing needs and requirements, whether you're a solo learner or a large organization. You can customize your platform to match your brand identity, language, culture, and style, as well as integrate it with third-party tools and services

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While Docebo has a mobile app that allows you to access your content on the go, it's not as comprehensive as the web version. Some of the features, such as gamification and analytics, are not available on the app, and you may experience some glitches or delays when using it

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With its cutting-edge features, intuitive design, and customizable solutions, Docebo is more than just a Learning Management System. It's a comprehensive platform that provides you with everything you need to create, share, and track your learning content, as well as measure and analyze your progress.

  ### 27. Adrian Thomas - CSM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julianna S. | LMS Support Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The customizable aspect of Docebo. We have been able to implement our org chart and do a lot of automation throught Connect that we struggled to manually manage in our last LMS. Also the ability to pull data on most aspects of our content and users even without the additonal add-ons has been great.

We have really enjoyed working with Adrian Thomas as our CSM. He has gone above and beyond on helping us. We struggled to get the app Docebo Learn to work for us and he was able to get that resolved when our initial onboarding did not allow us to and we gave up.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We are not super a fan of the questions bank.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to move manual entry and management to automation through the system. Thanks to Adrian we are going to be looking into rolling out the use of the app to our workforce that is out of office.

  ### 28. It is a decent LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is user friendly from a Super Admin and a learner perspective. They also have where you can add-on Off-The-Shelf learning courses. It is also super easy to add new courses that you made in RISE/Storyline, etc. and it tracks the version history.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some features like the Observation Checklist are kind of pointless because you can't run reporting on them (like comparing past checklists or comparing user to user).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing users to take compliance training and being able to report out on that when needed. We also have learning plans created in Docebo that are more role specific for users, and we can get our employees trained quickly.

  ### 29. Easy to use LMS - right from the box

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

graphic integration, easy to use assignment profiles, effortless gameifcation, many ways to customize landing pages for different users depending on learning needs.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Is there an easier way to generate reports of user learning and / or satisfaction? More graphic options would be nice for a more customized user experience and look depending on role. I'm thinking like - more options for image sizes for use as buttons.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy way to assign learning, provide an engaging learning library, reward users for completing training, and target specific users for learning tracks - still looking for an option for progress reports.

  ### 30. Docebo is good for learning about the organisational updates and material.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tapanjoth S. | customer services support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo provides information about new updates regarding the product knowledge.

It helps us to easily access new training lessons for the organization.

Provides a centralized platform for new coaching and training programs.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The interface could be improvised to make it more interactive.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem which has been solved by Docebo is that it creates an easy way to access new lessons regarding the organizational updates.
It benefits me to learn easily and implement that fast learning at my work.

  ### 31. Best enterprise LMS on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin D. | Learning and Design Production Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo user interface is easy user friendly for beginner to advanced LMS admins. The enterprise functionality is a game changer allowing us to serve multiple audiences: Internal, Customers and Partners. I like the Course Management features, functionality, and layout, it is straightforward to manage everything. The rollout of implementation was straightforward. I use the system every day and it makes deploying courses easy.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I do not like the updating of SCORMS, the "Overwrite" option does not work as intended and the "Update" option is missing functionality for "Retain learner progress" for in-progress learners.

I do not like I dislike the "Power users" functionality but I would like to see some basic out-of-the-box profiles. Managing power users is very time-consuming to keep updated.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to serve many audiences including internal, Customer and Partners. I don't have to update the content in multiple instances. Upload once, serve to many audiences using Catalogs and Branches.

  ### 32. Excellent LMS for high stakes and complex learning needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It offers many features that are customizable for use in medium to large organizations.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are some areas that could use improvement; some that are useable but are only in specific situations.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo can deliver soft skills learning as well as being used in an integration with another licensing training sytem.

  ### 33. Easy to navigate LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna D. | Support Expert, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like that it's easy to customize or update the materials within. As far as user experience, easy to follow and measure the percentage of completion. Another pro is the ability to go back and review specific information via the embedded links.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The platform has a low budget and outdated appearance.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since all the information is easily accessible and can be quickly found, Docebo helps the customer experience I provide by cutting down on call time while researching and allowing critical information in a step -by-step manner that is easy to follow and cuts down on needed support.

  ### 34. A system that allows maximum flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moshe M. | Learning Specialist and Learning solutions Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

There are many options for flexibility in managing courses and contentץ
A central repository that makes it possible to distribute the same content to several courses and in this way optimize the work.
Their very broad and flexible API, which allows you to do a lot.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

It's not really convenient with which you can generate reports on a daily basis, really a manager of an employee.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the system, we didn't have the possibility to track compliance trainings, or build onboarding courses, and the system helped us a lot with that.

  ### 35. Great Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa M. | Sales Enablement Training Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It's easy to navigate for the end user and customizable. The customer service has been helpful and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

It's not easy to update / create specific components within the platform (unless you're an expect code writer).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helpful for us to have one location for our sales team to access resources, trainings, documents, etc.

  ### 36. the right LMS to improve your L&D Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvia G. | Senior HR Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

user friendly
customization
a lot of content available in several languages that cover different topic.
multilanguages
branded app
easy to implement

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

low customization for analytics, reports and KPIs
my team features (the user interface is not easy to understand and are missing dashboards to see the overviews)

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

L&D strategy digitalization

  ### 37. Lots of functionality, UI/UX could be improved

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa R. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Customer service, depth of functionality

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Admin is not as intuitive as other LMS I've used

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of flexibility for user permissioning using groups and branches. I like the variety of different types of eLearning solutions (ILT, learning plans, courses, etc) that come out-of-the-box. There is a LOT that can be customized.

  ### 38. It's a easy platform to navigate and has a lot of potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren F. | Learning and Development Content Creator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I enjoy the way you can ensure the platform looks exactly how you want it to. Temmy is also very helpful and friendly during our calls.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

It can sometimes be difficult to achieve certain things on the platform, but the docebo university helps.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its ensuring easy use for our users and allowiung myself to create fun learning content with ease. It's also got many more features that the users can use, for example like the 'ask the expert'.

  ### 39. Excellent experience so far!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben D. | Training Manager - UK, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a really really well rounded LMS. From service to functionality - everything we have experienced so far has been second to none!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The only downside that I have come across to date, it the certification templates. I feel that they should be more dynamic and super admins should be able to do more with them (easily add photos, add branding - fonts, colours etc.). There could also be more dynamic aspects of the groupings and branches. I think it should be easier to set up fully automated groups.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately, using Docebo is allowing us to multiply efforts. We are now able to mass roll out training content online meaning that compliance is almost instant! When compared to 'pre Docebo' times, where we had to roll these courses out to 150+ employees, 10 at a time... It is so so much better!

  ### 40. Docebo : A helping hand

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I've found nothing yet to be hate or disliked about Docebo

Docebo, is the one stop destination to find answer to all the queries of customers. So it make the customer support easier as well as this helps in trainung new employees for the product.

We're able to help people all over the world with Docebo as our LMS being easy to access via wi-fi as well as via app.

Docebo ensures staff training is up to date, it benefits everyone

  ### 47. IDG Docebo Experience for Training and Coaching Requirments

3. Attendance management for students joining via link from outside LMS
4. No Time Scheduling of Alerts.
5. Limited number of Gadgets for Landing page design

7. No AI authoring tool

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 48. Setting up a learning management system for customer training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

A good range of customisation options and the ability to tailor the system to our use case. Good support from Docebo at set up and after when any problems arise. Similarly, good support from our Customer Success Manager to help us build towards our goals. Generally, the system is reasonablyl easy to use, and there is a wide range of lerning resources that allow me to quickly find the information I need to adjust any aspects of the system.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The system has its nuances, and it is not always intuitive to find the settings you need.
Not every feature is as well implemented as others, and some need technical support to implement or change. The workflow for some aspects can be quite time consuming.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Docebo to build a platform to deliver and sell customer training. It allows us to host our blended learning and on-demand eLearning courses, and has enabled us to reach more customers and deliver training options at scale.

  ### 49. Solid product with good support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The support from our CUstomer Success Manager, Freddie is great. He is really helping us to develop our platform in a way that make sense for our business. He always has an answer to our queries or will find it.

I think the platform itself is user friend for our internal users. And it was straight forward to integrate new users onto the platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Learning how to use the administrator parts of the system is a lot and its not always so intuitive where things are until you have really used it for some time.

The onboarding was useful but veery difficult to absorb when we were not using the platfrom yet.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us transform the way people learn in our business and the way customer can consume learning content from us. It helps us to create the material once and share with many people without face to face training regularly.

One-stop-shop software for managing the learning, knowledge, and intranet needs of my organization.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some weird functionality - Pages aren't searchable, there's sometimes more admin work behind the scenes than necessary.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helped our organization relaunch our intranet and internal knowledge, in tandem with consolidating all of our learning/onboarding/ongoing development under a singular platform that connects with our HRIS.
