"Docebo, the best LMS when you highly rely on multi Tennant functionality"

What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo is really easy to use, the administration is straight forward and has a lot of feautures on multiple levels. It is really easy to integrate external applications such as slack, Teams , Zoom, etc, etc. But the best feature is the Extended Enterprise function (multi tennants). At G DATA, we sell Security Awareness Courses to companies, and a lot of them want to have a personalised platform with and without SSO integration. With Docebo this is really easy to achieve, within 30 minutes you have the tennant up an running, with their own logo and colors. The SSO integration is quite easy to implement, depending on the IT infrastructure of the customer. We also have a lot of resellers with their own tennants, and they again have customers who sometimes have their own tennats and Docebo handles this beautifully. One thing to keep in mind, when setting up Extended Enterprises, try to keept it simple (branches, notification, power users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Not much negative to tell about Docebo, but sometimes the customer support is a bit dreadfull. When opening a ticket, you need to make sure that there is no room for anything else. One important note, the Support desk is always friendly and try to help! Even though the settings are quite easy, you some times need to click around a lot to achieve easy things, but this is just a minor thing. One other thing that I am missing is unenrollment rules and learning plan triggers within the groupsd, but I have good hopes that Docebo will implement tese features. What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our customers have the need to have their own tennant, Docebo is the only viable option. A lot of LMS provider offer multi tennancy, but there is no better multi tennant LMS as Docebo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
