What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo is that rare platform that actually lives up to its claims. From the initial sales process through the first year of customer service and support they have been excellent to work with and consistently responsive. Even the few problems we've had were handled professionally and with care for us as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

They are an Italian-based company, thus we struggled when there was an issue requiring Tier 3 tech support and all of the tier 3 techs worked in Italy. It cost us a day of delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Docebo:

Though it was a higher price than other platforms we considered (over 20), we've saved that additional cost in admin wages due to its ease of use and efficient administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is engaging and highly customizable to a degree I haven't seen in the many other platforms I've looked at. It's a top-tier platform with mid-tier pricing and exemplary people supporting it. The backend architecture is also very customizable with extensive APIs and it handles different content formats well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
