What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo Does These Well:

- User management

- Course management

- Automations, Rulesets, Notifications

Docebo Does Best:

- AI & Machine Learning

- Opening the System to both Internal (Employees) and External (Partner Sales Channels) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

-Due to the number of features, it's easy to get lost

-Automatic unenrollment/easier unenrollment from Learning Plans would be helpful if it was added

-Small Add-On: Vendor provided training or guidance on how to utilize the API browser (Paid training is alright) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, our company's learning processes and experiences are very decentralized. Through Docebo, we are aiming to have a fully centralized learning experience for our employees. In the future, we are planning to use Docebo as an add-on to our current solutions (the partner sales training we offer). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
