What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo's comprehensive features and expansive integrations have created a learning platform that is flexible enough to meet all business needs. I am particularly pleased with the integration of LMS and SIS that allows us to control the enrollment within the system and am working now on expanding our use of social training and the role of the coach. What do you dislike about Docebo?

While Docebo does a great job with individualized and responsive support, it is important for its users to better understand the underlying terminology and best practices involved in properly administering an LMS. It is very important for LMS vendors to be more proactive in their interactions with their clients. I recommend that Docebo establish levels of certification for their customers so that everyone involved with the LMS understands how to interact with it. This will ensure that the LMS is used effectively and that all of its features are embraced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Docebo:

Docebo's Could-based SAAS LMS is moving the right direction. Today's learning environment requires a balance between stability/security and accessibility. This is only accomplished when effective educational and technological best practices are in place. Docebo achieves the stability and security by offering a centralized repository for training material and customized user levels. Extensive grouping capabilities through Branches, Categories, Channels, Learning Plans, and customizable Pages and Menus allow for pedagogical best practices; while extensive features, third-party integrations, multi-domain accessibility, branding options, and social and mobile learning fit the bill for accessibility. What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I Administer two Docebo Enterprise instances and we are currently working through the challenges of Zoom integration using the updated Zoom V2 API. Benefits have already been realized by implementing effective CLOR and gamification procedures and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
