What do you like best about Doc Digitizer?

DocDigitizer is an "invisible" and super effective invoice data extractor. In a few days, we were able to feed the service with multiformat supplier invoices and get invoice data with high precision. No setup, configuration, or visual interface is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doc Digitizer?

We don´t have any particular issues with DocDigitizer itself. It delivers what it promises. Although DocDigitizer has a robust API to connect to other systems, we had additional effort to integrate our document management system and our ERP. We wish there were out-of-the-box connectors with the most popular systems, available as DocDigitizer add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doc Digitizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocDigitizer is part of our automated Accounts Payable process, a core part of our services to customers. We receive, we scan (if needed) supplier invoices, which DocDigitizer processes. DocDigitizer extracts the mandatory invoice data (invoice number, supplier, invoice amount, goods/services, etc.) and integrates with our Document Management software, filling metadata associated with each invoice. It also integrates with the ERP to create a pre-filled invoice record. DocDigitizer saves us all the manual work involved in these steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
