## DNSFilter Reviews
 ### 1. Best-in-Class DNS Security for Professional and Enterprise Environments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo R. | Microsoft Field Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I've spent considerable time testing DNSFilter under real-world and lab conditions from Argentina using Starlink connectivity, and honestly, the overall experience has been excellent.

What impressed me the most was not only the protection layer itself, but also the operational consistency and raw DNS performance under stress.

I performed multiple latency and stress tests using synthetic workloads and benchmarking tools such as dnsperf, including comparisons against recursive Unbound configurations and other major DNS providers.

Some highlights from my experience:

* Extremely low latency and very consistent response times, even under heavy synthetic load.
* Excellent Anycast performance from South America / Argentina.
* Stable DoT (DNS over TLS) operation during prolonged testing.
* Zero errors during stress scenarios where other providers started showing instability or degraded response quality, even during peak-demand hours and considering the inherent latency challenges we typically face here in Argentina - regardless of Starlink performing quite well in the country.
* Very noticeable browsing responsiveness improvements in real-world usage.

I also appreciated the quality of the customer support interaction.

I raised a fairly technical question regarding user identification and policy enforcement behavior over DoT in dynamic IP environments, and the support team responded professionally, transparently, and with genuine technical understanding.

The quality of the support interaction matters significantly when evaluating a security-focused DNS provider, especially for organizations where DNS availability, policy enforcement, and operational reliability directly impact business and security operations.

On the other hand, we are talking about one of the most critical services on the Internet. DNS is not a "nice to have" service - it is fundamental infrastructure. For many organizations where security is deeply integrated into the business, this type of service becomes absolutely critical.

From a cybersecurity perspective, the platform appears to provide a strong additional security layer, combined with a very useful interface and well-designed operational features.

Another important aspect worth mentioning is pricing accessibility.

Many security-focused DNS services with strong enterprise-oriented capabilities are often financially out of reach for smaller organizations or independent professionals.

DNSFilter appears to strike a very good balance between security capabilities, operational simplicity, performance, and affordability, making the platform viable not only for larger enterprises but also for smaller teams and security professionals operating with more realistic budgets - and that balance may be one of the platform's strongest differentiators.

Overall, DNSFilter delivered one of the strongest combinations of security, performance, operational simplicity, and reliability I've tested so far.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

One area that could still evolve further is user attribution and policy granularity when operating primarily over DoT in dynamic IP environments.

This is not unique to DNSFilter and is a broader challenge in DNS-based security architectures, especially for smaller deployments or environments without endpoint agents.

That said, the support team handled the discussion transparently and professionally, which was genuinely appreciated.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Reducing exposure to malicious and high-risk domains through DNS-layer protection.
* Improving operational visibility and policy control over outbound DNS traffic.
* Adding a very important security layer without introducing unnecessary deployment complexity.
* Achieving very strong DNS performance and low-latency browsing experience, even from high-latency regions such as Argentina.
* Maintaining stable and reliable DNS resolution during stress and synthetic load testing scenarios.
* Providing enterprise-oriented security capabilities at a pricing level that remains accessible for smaller organizations and independent security professionals.

 ### 2. Excellent DNS Resolver, but suboptimal BGP routing with Comcast in Atlanta area

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marvin Eric N. | Associate Medical Director of Emergency Medicine, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter was extremely quick, but is no longer the quickest option in Atlanta for Comcast users. Comcast’s BGP peering with NetActuate—who DNSFilter appears to be using after a change several months ago—now sends DNS queries to Miami instead of keeping them in Atlanta. I contacted support and they provided a workaround, but it doesn’t allow DNSSEC. Comcast users in the Atlanta area who are considering DNSFilter should be aware that this adds latency to DNS queries. In my case, it was faster than Cloudflare, NextDNS, Quad9, and Google according to GRC’s DNS Benchmark tests. After the BGP changes, it is now the slowest resolver. Comcast users should keep this in mind before switching to DNSFilter.

Setup and configuration were easy, and the universal block/allow lists are great. I can upload domain names in CSV format. The reports are detailed and have a very nice layout; it’s clear a lot of design work went into DNSFilter. Overall, it feels much more polished than competitors. Last but not least, DNSFilter’s support staff is excellent. I’ve chatted with them via online chat a few times, and they’re also prompt when responding to emails. DNSFilter also maintains a feature list with updates showing where certain feature requests are in the development process.

A previous limitation with DoH has been addressed: DNSFilter now supports DoH for routers. Their relay servers are awesome, and they allow client identification (LAN IP) even when using DoT. DoQ isn’t currently supported. Supposedly, IPv6 support with relay servers is in development, although IPv6 resolvers are already available for DNS. Additionally, profiles can be assigned separate DNS server addresses for plain-text lookups.

DNSSEC is supported, but it seems to be actively discouraged. I’m not sure why they don’t encourage broader DNSSEC use. I realize it isn’t the most widely adopted technology, but other resolvers seem to support it by default.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter uses NetActuate, and for Comcast users in Atlanta, traffic doesn’t seem to reach the nearest server. Instead, DNS queries are being routed to Miami. If it weren't for this, DNSFilter would be the quickest resolver in Atlanta and I would give them a 10. DNSFilter went from being the fastest to the slowest resolver for Comcast users in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do consulting work from home and need to make sure my computers are not infected with malware or nobody clicks on a phishing link.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> We really appreciate the review, Marvin. I'm glad you're enjoying DNSFilter and find it both fast and reliable! I know you're aware of our roadmap, but make sure you take advantage of upvoting certain features you're interested in or requesting new ones! Thanks again.

 ### 3. Decentralized Protection and Easy Configuration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgar P. | pre-sales engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like the simplicity of DNSFilter, as it provides protection to our infrastructure by simply placing the agent within the endpoints, which gives us sufficient security for our organization. The easy management from its console is wonderful, allowing us to have the necessary protection through threat categories and content classification with just one click. The management also doesn't require much time to allow or deny access to different content on the internet, which is very convenient. The threat classification done by DNSFilter is quite accurate, which reassures me, knowing that if any of our users fall for a social engineering technique, we can rely on DNSFilter to mitigate this threat. I also find the initial setup quite easy, as we only need to create the site and the policy, and with that, we can deploy the agent, ensuring we have all the necessary protection without wasting time customizing for each collaborator.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

At this point, I think it might be an option to track our public IP, since we do not have a fixed public IP. When the change occurs, our virtual machines stop working, which sometimes causes problems, and it would be a good option to implement some way in DNSFilter to avoid this issue.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter provides us with decentralized protection, ensuring that our collaborators do not misuse their equipment outside our facilities. It simplifies security management with just one agent and allows for precise threat classification, ensuring peace of mind against potential infections.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Edgar, I love hearing that you find DNSFilter simple to use, effective, and also accurate! Based on your IP address feedback, it sounds like you would benefit from configuring Dynamic DNS (DDNS) hostnames. I'm linking a help article that will show you how to do this within the DNSFilter dashboard! Never hesitate to reach out to the team if you need anything!

 ### 4. Effortless Security Layer with Robust Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viral S. | IT SecOps Manager, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I use DNSFilter as a key layer of our cybersecurity program to protect against phishing, malware, and other DNS-based threats. It helps maintain uptime and security, enforces safe browsing, and monitors DNS activity across both on-site and remote users. I appreciate its reliability as a security layer, especially since it operates quietly in the background and requires low maintenance. The deployment process is straightforward, the dashboard is clean, and the threat-blocking accuracy is consistently strong. The combination of simplicity, strong protection, and low maintenance makes DNSFilter especially valuable. The initial setup was very easy, with an intuitive dashboard and well-guided onboarding steps, making it much easier than other tools we've used. This overall effectiveness and ease of use make DNSFilter a reliable part of our security stack.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

While DNSFilter works well for us overall, there are a few areas where we see room for improvement. The reporting features, while clear, could offer more customization and deeper analytics for organizations that need more granular insights. Lastly, the pricing can feel a bit high as the environment scales.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter to protect against phishing, malware, and DNS-based threats, ensuring security for on-site and remote users and maintaining uptime. It provides visibility into threats, strengthens our security posture, enforces safe browsing, and offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you for the review, Viral! It's great to hear that DNSFilter is running reliably in the background across your on-site and remote users with minimal maintenance. On reporting, we're actively building out deeper analytics and more customizable dashboards. ### 5. Efficient Security with Superb Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett B. | IT Support Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like the interface of DNSFilter because it's very easy to navigate. I also appreciate the very responsive support, especially how tech support is always willing to follow up with a new release that will patch and fix things, which is astonishing in this day and age. Having a superb service experience is valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Sometimes it trips up and it's a bit harder to uninstall. If something is accidentally deleted from a computer, sometimes it requires a secondary command to uninstall it, and it's harder to navigate these uninstalls, but it's understood why it's in place. This is more so an error on our tech side; but small price to pay.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter protects our environment from malicious websites, making it easy to monitor and apply policies. It prevents users from visiting bad sites and viewing inappropriate content at work, simplifying our experience.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you for the review, Brett! We're glad the interface feels easy to navigate and that our support team has been responsive for you. We take a lot of pride in following up with fixes, so it's great to hear that comes through. On the uninstall experience, you're right that it's intentional by design to keep the agent secure, but we appreciate you flagging it. If you ever run into a tricky situation there, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. Thanks again!

 ### 6. Effortless, Powerful DNS Security with Seamless Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom W. | Senior IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter provides fast, reliable DNS-based security with an extremely clean and intuitive interface. Deployment is simple, whether using roaming clients or network-level enforcement, and policies are easy to manage across multiple sites and users. The real-time threat blocking, detailed reporting, and low false-positive rate make it a powerful yet lightweight security layer that works quietly in the background without impacting users.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Occasionally, initial tuning is required to whitelist certain business-specific domains, especially in specialized environments. However, once policies are dialed in, the system runs smoothly with minimal ongoing maintenance. Any limitations are outweighed by the platform’s stability, security effectiveness, and ease of management.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter solves the problem of users unknowingly accessing malicious, phishing, or inappropriate websites by stopping threats at the DNS level before a connection is ever made. This significantly reduces security incidents, helpdesk tickets, and the risk of malware infections. It also provides visibility into DNS activity across on-site and remote users, allowing us to enforce consistent security policies regardless of location while improving overall security posture and operational efficiency.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Tom, we're so happy to hear that DNSFilter solves a key problem for you and you're seeing a reduction in security incidents, tickets, and malware risks. Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need any help. I'll make sure to pass your feedback on our allow list to the product team.

 ### 7. Perfect Solution with Exceptional Security Policies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mack K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I really appreciate DNSFilter for its ease of use and simple dashboards, which make navigation straightforward. The reporting features are great and provide valuable insights. **What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Can't say there is anything I dislike. Everything exceeds expectations.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter helps restrict access to unauthorized domains, minimizes business risk, and improves productivity with its security policies. I appreciate its ease of use, simple dashboards, and great reporting.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you so much for the kind review, Mack! We're happy to hear that the security policies and category options are working well for you, and that deployment was a breeze. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

 ### 8. Effortlessly Blocks Unwanted Content with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Level 1 Support Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like how DNSFilter is easy to use for setting up sites and monitoring usage. It's straightforward to make changes, like blocking or allowing certain sites when needed. The use of categories to block unwanted sites is particularly convenient, and if specific sites need to be adjusted, I can make those changes easily.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

The DNS Roaming Agents have had issues since we set them up on student computers because of needed updates and it doesn't seem like the updates always go through as promptly as needed. If there was a way to push through updates on the agent itself, that would be helpful.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter to block inappropriate sites for faculty and students. It's easy to use for setting up sites, monitoring usage, and making changes like blocking or allowing sites as needed.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback about your use of DNSFilter, John! We're happy to hear you are enjoying the product. As for your Roaming Client request, I recommend you engage with some of our feature requests! I'm linking to a feature request that seems similar to your particular issue.

 ### 9. Effortless Deployment and User-Friendly Security Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared R. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter has become my preferred software within our security stack. Installation is straightforward, and I typically complete deployment on a local domain system in less than an hour, including the roaming agent setup. Users appreciate the software and find it easy to report blocked domains. Integrating DNSFilter with our existing systems was seamless, as both the user and developer experiences are very friendly. I rarely need to reach out to support, but on the occasions I have, Customer Support has been responsive and resolved my issues quickly. I use DNSFilter daily and frequently deploy it, and so far, I have found very little to dislike.

DNS FIlter as an organization is amazing, and very receptive to user feedback. I regularly have conversations with their teams about the product, and what can be done to improve or refine the solution.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

I often need to switch between tenants. When someone reports a domain, I use the domain report tool to check why it is blocked. The tool also allows me to add the domain to either the universal allow list or the allow list for the current tenant. However, it would be more convenient if I could access all tenants' allow lists directly from this tool, instead of having to switch tenants and research the domain each time.

I will be submitting a feature request to further refine this.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance and coverage are critical concerns. Many insurers now require a web filtering solution that protects all devices at all times. Our previous web filter, FortiGate Firewalls, only secured local networks, connected sites, and VPN-connected clients. This left a gap, as many employees could work without using the VPN, meaning they were unprotected and, as a result, not compliant with insurance requirements. By deploying this solution at the endpoint, users are now protected regardless of their location or VPN connection status.

DNS Filter also compensates for shortcomings in link scanning, an area where many email filtering solutions are lacking. With DNS Filter, web links in emails remain readable to users but are still filtered effectively. In contrast, email filtering solutions often rewrite links, and sometimes even then, malicious sites slip through. While some mail filters perform better than others, none seem to categorize and scan links as accurately as DNS Filter does as a dedicated provider.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you so much for the review, Jared! We really appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear you're happy with our service and support. I'll make sure to pass this feedback along, but I'm glad to hear that you already regularly share feedback with the team! Your feedback makes us better.

 ### 10. Indispensable Security Layer with Simple Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robby S. | Senior Product Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

One of the best parts of DNSFilter is managing policies across all our customers. Where previously a firewall/proxy was mainly set up per company, we could now make settings much more globally across all our customers. The originally fully integrated setup in N-Central was extremely simple. The migration also went smoothly, and the API is well documented, making it possible to automate a lot. What I also like about DNSFilter is that it does what it promises, offers management capabilities, and is simple to set up.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Making exceptions to policies at the customer level should still be developed. Now you either have to create a customer-specific policy, but in order to manage it as globally as possible, we try to avoid this as much as possible, but sometimes we have no other choice, and this should be improved.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter as a security layer that effectively works before EDR or AV can intervene, ideal for mobile employees. It allows me to manage policies globally across clients, making management much more efficient than with separate firewall/proxy settings.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Robby, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re thrilled to hear that DNSFilter has become an indispensable security layer for your team, especially for protecting your mobile employees before EDR or AV even need to kick in. It’s great to see that you’re taking full advantage of our API documentation to automate your workflow.

Regarding your feedback on managing policy exceptions, we are actually tracking a specific feature request for Policy Layering and Inheritance that addresses exactly what you described. You can follow the progress and add your vote by following the link.

 ### 11. DNSFilter Makes DNS Security and Threat Protection Simple and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Wide range of features combined with how easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive, simple to configure, and provides excellent visibility and control over network security. It makes DNS management and threat protection straightforward, even for teams without deep technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Honestly, I haven’t found any major downsides so far. DNSFilter is a very complete solution, with a solid feature set and an easy-to-use interface that covers everything we need for DNS security and filtering.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter helps us block malicious and non-productive websites, improving both security and productivity across the organization. It reduces the risk of phishing, malware, and unsafe browsing while also helping employees stay focused by limiting access to distracting sites. The platform is easy to manage and gives us clear visibility into network activity.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

 ### 12. Effective Content Blocker with Some Bypass Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Han S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like that DNSFilter blocks content regardless of the browser and is IP-based instead of app-based. It effectively blocks adult content where it would otherwise be difficult. It's valuable because unlike normal blockers that are easy to get around and require a lot of upkeep, DNSFilter can provide blocking across all platforms.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

I realized that it's easy to actually change the DNS address to bypass the filtering, which makes it easy to bypass the filter. Additionally, my most recent subscription took a long time to start due to the issue of not connecting to the DNS address. also, I cant play my game, Zenless Zon Zero when i have the DNS adress that connects to the filter also, I need a email verification code everytime i log in

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter blocks adult content effectively where other solutions struggle. It provides IP-based filtering across all platforms, avoiding the need for continual upkeep.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Han, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the product overall. If you run into issues, please reach out to support or visit our Help Center (help.dnsfilter.com). For product feedback, we'd love to hear from you in our feature requests section!

 ### 13. Effective Phishing Protection, But Roaming Agent Issues Can Be a Hassle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt J. | IT Consultant, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The filtering is effective and has saved our clients from getting phished. The most helpful category is new domains as attackers frequently use new domains that don't yet have a reputation. Their support is responsive and able to help.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

One of the most common issues is when the roaming agent fails on a computer, which breaks name resolution on that computer. It's a simple fix when the user has admin rights to the computer, or the computer is on location and an admin can easily escalate, but we use a PAM software to escalate permissions, and that can't communicate to the internet if DNSFilter stops working. The few times that's happened, it's been a pretty big hassle to work around. The only other complaint is that you can't log in via SSO with M365 on their app.dnsfilter.com website; it requires a dedicated link for your M365 organization.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNS filtering is a required layer in internet security. When the anti-spam filters miss emails, we need another layer to prevent users from accessing the malicious websites. This layer can also help with malicious ads on websites.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks for the review, Matt. We're glad to hear that DNSFilter has helped your clients from falling victim to a phishing website. Because of the issues with the Roaming Client you've experienced, and since you're on a Windows machine, it sounds like you'll want to test our upcoming DNS PreCheck feature. You can read more about it at the link I've provided to our public-facing roadmap. If you ever need help with issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

 ### 14. Highly Stable, Secure, and User-Friendly DNS Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Öner C. | System, Network And Cybersecurity Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

What I like most about DNSFilter is that they are open to feature requests and make it easy for us to submit them to the DNSFilter team. At the same time, we can also view existing feature requests. The development of new features like IP-related details in the log menu, which was requested by many users, made us very satisfied. Additionally, taking quick action for incorrectly categorized addresses in the Domain Report section is also very valuable to us. We were able to complete an easy setup thanks to the documentation provided by DNSFilter. It is a highly stable, secure, and user-friendly system. I would definitely recommend it and give it a score of 10.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Transferring logs from DNSFilter to a local SIEM or developing projects using API-supported applications such as webhooks can be somewhat challenging. Integrations are generally available with paid applications, and log forwarding is subject to additional fees.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter to ensure DNS security for the university network by blocking requests to unknown and untrusted URLs.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

>
Öner, we really appreciate you taking the time to write such a nice review and giving us a 10/10! We are also glad to hear that you like how easy we make it for customers to submit new feature requests, and that you are actively submitting requests and feedback! I am making sure to pass your feedback around transferring logs to your SIEM to our product team so they are aware. If you need anything, please just reach out!

 ### 16. Effortless Ad Blocking and Enhanced Browsing Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Information Security Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

Since using this product, I no longer have to worry about accidental clicks leading to disastrous consequences. It also does a great job of filtering out most of the distracting elements on websites, which means pages load more quickly and I use less bandwidth because advertisements and trackers are blocked.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Some legitimate websites that our staff and customers use are occasionally blocked, but this issue is simple to resolve by adding an exception for the affected site.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phishing emails continue to be the most frequently used method of attack. DNSFilter serves as an additional layer of defense by blocking name resolution to harmful websites, helping to reduce the risk posed by this prevalent threat. By cutting down on unnecessary traffic, we are able to conserve Internet bandwidth and enhance employee productivity.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Andrew, thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback on your use of DNSFilter. It’s great to hear that the platform is providing that critical layer of defense against phishing while also noticeably improving your network performance by stripping out heavy ad traffic. I'm also passing your feedback onto our product team. If you ever need anything, please reach out!

 ### 17. DNSFilter: Easy to Use with Fast Support, Minor URL Management Hurdle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shant A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like the ease of use that DNSFilter offers. It makes managing internet policies straightforward and efficient, particularly for an educational setting where creating boundaries for students can significantly boost their classroom focus. The prompt and efficient customer support is another aspect I really appreciate. Whenever I create a ticket, I always receive a quick response, which is essential for maintaining the service's reliability and effectiveness in real-time situations. Additionally, DNSFilter is valuable for its simplicity in resolving requests. If a teacher requests to unblock a website, I don't have to go through a lengthy processes or endure long waiting periods; it allows me to resolve the issue quickly and easily, which enhances the overall efficiency of using the product.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

I find it cumbersome that when there's a website that needs to be unblocked, we have to manually identify and unblock not just the main URL but also its dependent URLs. If DNSFilter could automatically detect and unblock all the additional URLs a website relies on, it would greatly improve the efficiency of the process.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter to create internet policies, helping students stay focused by managing web access. It helps resolve unblock requests quickly without delays, promoting an efficient learning environment.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Shant! We appreciate your feedback. It sounds like you might benefit from our AppAware feature, which blocks entire applications as opposed to individual domains. Using AppAware, you can block the domains associated with a single application (which as you point out, can be many domains!). If there is a particular application you're looking to block or not block, let our team know! We are regularly updating AppAware and are always looking for feedback.

 ### 18. Effortlessly Block Malicious Sites with DNSFilter

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omid J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like that DNSFilter is a professional yet user-friendly platform with a strong DNS filter. It is easy to push and deploy the agent via Intune without bothering the end users for installation. The initial setup was easy, which is a plus for me.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

For 2FA, DNSFilter needs to add an app-based 2FA method.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DNSFilter to control roaming laptops and block suspicious websites, including malicious sites, newly registered domains, and AI websites.

 ### 19. Quick Setup and Easy-to-Understand Filters

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael J b. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The quick setup and the ease of understanding each filter.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Sometimes DNSFilter crashes on Android, even when I’m trying to use regular DNS sessions, because it ends up being shown as not active.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps protect and safeguard my system by keeping me from “wasting time” on non-productive websites.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Michael, it's great to hear that you were able to get setup quickly to keep your system safe and block unwanted content! As far as the issue you're encountering on Android, I've informed our product team. Please submit a support ticket if you have not already!

 ### 21. Lightweight Agent with Fast, Effective Policy Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

Lightweight agent and very fast to take effect when you make policy changes.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

not all sites are categorized correctly. For example gambling and you can still get to sites like fanduel and draft kings. i wouldn't feel comfortable trying to prove that sites that should be blocked are blocked.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNS Filtering is another layer of security that we put in our security stack. also it is doing content filtering for clients that are asking for that feature.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We really appreciate the feedback and it's great to hear you're taking advantage of our Roaming Clients and like how quickly policy changes take effect. I've passed your feedback around categorization to our product team. Draft Kings and Fan Duel are both categorized as Gambling in our system; would love to understand the issue you ran into more. Please submit a support ticket if you are still experiencing an issue. You can also report miscategorizations if you run into them through the Domain Report tool in the DNSFilter application. I've attached a Knowledge Base article with more information.

 ### 22. Overly Aggressive Blocking Makes Critical Websites Unusable

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

nothing, see what i don't like answer , because there is not liked about it

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

It has a terrible blocking list; it blocks sites that should not be blocked URLs used and required for websites at Microsoft Azure to work on a continuing basis. It will blocks CSS and JavaScript includes, and sometimes it blocks AJAX calls, making it impossible to use the website.

It will block updates downloads for software that is well-known and from major software vendors.

It is so bad I have had to disable it so I can work with the issue.

We have a rule now, "if something doesn't work and it uses the internet, then kill DNSFilter and then see if it works." ; 99% of the time it does

After a support ticket, I can tell they don't understand the basics of how DNS lookups works.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is suppose to blcok bad sites and it does but it also blocks and causes issues with good websites and web applications.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met our standards. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your configuration with you to ensure it’s optimized and to help prevent the issues you’ve encountered. If you could reach out to us directly with your account details, we’d be happy to open a support ticket on your behalf to make sure this is fully addressed. Please send a message to support@dnsfilter.com and put G2 in the subject line so we can reference the issues shared here.

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

DNSFilter was extremely straightforward to install and set up for our environment. We used group policy to deploy the client agent, and after a quick restart, the agents began reporting to the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

My only complaint is that I can't remain logged into the web console. I would really appreciate the option to stay signed in for a week, or even up to 30 days.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software effectively filters out websites that are potentially time-wasting, inappropriate, and, most importantly, dangerous.

Keeping an eye out on end users attempting to access potentially harmful websites. assists us in keeping bandwidth usage lower by giving us the power over different high-bandwidth websites

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> We appreciate the review, Andres! We're really glad to hear that you find DNSFilter easy to use but effective, especially in assisting with bandwidth usage. Our team works really hard to mitigate false positives and ensure you're blocking just the bad sites. **What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I love the categories, ease of blocking and unblocking domains, how to categorize different workstations into groups for different policies

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

If the windows application gets corrupted, it is very hard to get this back working. Totally removing and reinstalling is about the only option. Even then, you have to log into the local admin directly on the machine because anything remote will not work

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping with end users accidently clicking a malicious link

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you so much for the review, Kyle. I'll make sure your feedback is passed along to our product team.

 ### 32. Best on the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

If you have an issue about uninstalling blocking/filtering softwares then there is nothing to uninstall with this filter. All you have to do to ensure it is permanently on is to block the website in your block list so that you can only access the block/filter settings on other devices than the one you have the DNSfilter on. Very easy to setup and benefit from.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Only downside is certain programs can bypass the filter to a limited extent. But it lets you block access to the sites to download such programs. So if you find a certain source allows you to bypass it then you can just block that source. It'd be better if they automatically blocked all possible bypasses, but such is the neverending battle of the web filtering industry in that it see-saws back and forth between blockers blocking and bypassers developing bypassing methods.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stops access to distracting or adult material.

 ### 33. If you're in the market for the best Web Filtering product, seach no more and install DNSFilter now!

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

There were some concerns with our VPN software conflicting but DNSFilter both only a few users had isssues that were in the end not related.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter prevents the risks of our users ending up on an infected site. It also eables us to block any Webmail and sharing services access that could lead to exfiltration of sensitive documents. That means less worries for us!

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

>
Éric, thanks for the kind review! We're really happy to hear that DNSFilter is working well for your business and you have fewer worries concerning malicious websites with our product in place. DNS filter is fast

As an MSP, this is an added layer of security and management for our end points

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Darren, thanks so much for the kind review. We're really glad to hear that as an MSP you find DNSFilter valuable, particularly for endpoint protection. If you ever need assistance with your setup, I recommend you check out our community!

Deployment/implementation is very easy and the admin console user interface is very intuitive. Support has been very help for any questions/issues I've had.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

If I had to nitpick, it would be some features that are desired such as built-in customizable block pages. DNSFilter does encourage feature requests from their customers and they are working on implementing viable features.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my team to control the content our users can access from their work-issued machine. This allows us to protect our users from malicious content while also protecting the organization from data exfiltration and misuse.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Peter, thanks so much for your feedback! I highlight recommend you add your feature request or upvote any existing ones. We do have some customizable options and we do allow the ability to redirect your block page to your own webpage! Happy to hear you've had a good support experience, please reach out if you need any additional help!

 ### 36. Great and inexpensive way to add security to your environment.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

I like how easy it is to script the installation on client computers.
It has prevented my users from accessing sites registered in the last 30 days which has help to prevent a phishing scam.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Removing a deployed client in the web console does not uninstall the client from the computer, but it is easy to script the removal.
It does not work with Microsoft Cloud PC.

**Recommendations to others considering DNSFilter:**

DNSfilter is a great addition to your security stack. They provide marketing material to help customers understand the product and the quantity discounts for MSP's are great.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DNSFilter to increase security on our computers while clients are in and out of the office. It prevents them from getting to malicious websites. We can also set custom filters to comply with company policies.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Chris! We really appreciate it. Make sure you check out our changelog and roadmap so you can upvote and request new features!

 ### 37. Ease of deployment and use, great threat protection

It protects our users from threats on the Internet. Easy to Implement and deploy using management systems. Gives IT a view of what is happening in the background. Support is responsive when needed.

At times, user behind captive web portals do not work. I also notice the filtering is off when I am remote at home. Could pose a issue, if this happens when users are on the road.

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

It's seamless to use and to setup any sort of filters I want for both security and productivity.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Every once in a while it will miscategorize a site. But that is expected. Most of the time it is good.

It allows me to safely browse the web without worrying about accidentally stumbling on something I didn't want to. The Mac agent is great as it allows me to totally secure the laptop and not just the network.

 ### 39. easy to deploy and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Halion A. | Director Of Client Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

you can very much set and forget this, can do templates for different tiers, get it going, and probably never touch it again unless you have a new client. Very easy to setup.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

be nice if i could passcode lock the removal of it

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our clients tend to click on things they shouldnt, having a dns filter in place greatly reduces the risk. it also has webfiltering built in for those of our clients that need it

 ### 40. Much better than our previous filter provider.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The interface is easy to use and adding bypass to specific websites is a simple task when your in a hurry.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Nothing I can think of that I dislike. The system does what it is supposed too and causes our IT department very little greif so we couldn't be happier with this service.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNSFilter basically blocks access to any undesirable website that our employees may try to visit. We had issues with off shift employees spending working hours on gambling, porn, gaming and other non-work related websites. Instead of dealing with each employee , we just removed the ability for them to use those sites and it improved our productivity by alot. By policing the web traffic and blocking thjose sites the empyees can no longer vist them and now work as they should. We also disallowed personal internet devices during working hours. This also helps us stop employees from looking for other places of employment while clocked in.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Steve, we really appreciate the kind words and you taking the time to leave a review! We are thrilled to hear you're happy with the service, but if you ever have questions on anything or need a hand, don't hesitate to reach out to our team!

 ### 41. Blocks the Bad Stuff

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | M365 Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

This is great to block everything. By offloading the processing from the firewall to the endpoints, the bandwidth in the network doesn't get hurt. We also used it to prevent user from logging into an M365 tenant other than the one that belongs to the organization. It has caught a lot of bad sites from coming up in innocent searches on Google too.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Sometimes, I wonder if issues I have connecting with certain services are being blocked by DNS Filter, and it isn't easy for me to know.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stops the adult websites and more from showing up.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Scott, thanks so much for the review. We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback. Our reporting might be able to help you determine if something is blocked because of DNSFilter. If you need more assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team!

 ### 42. Fantastic support team at DNSFilter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd H. | Senior Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The software is simple to use, and the support offered by the company is top notch.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

While generally easy to use, getting the software working over a VPN is a challenge.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to implement the ability to block our users from accessing certain URLs or categories of URLs, and DNSFilter does that easily.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks for the review, Todd! We're happy to hear you're enjoying DNSFilter and that you find our support team helpful. Never hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

 ### 43. Fast on all fronts! Easy to administer with powerful capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2022

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

Interface is very quick to load. Logging is within a minute and reporting is trailing 5min which helps pinpoint issues quickly. End users dont notice the system app because it is so lightweight. RMM deployment is very easy. Constantly listening to end user feature request boards and implementing features we ask for!!

Pricing is very easy to understand and allows for monthly and annual license mixes.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

This is an issue with all DNS agents, but you cant send uninstall command from the admin portal. Uninstalling via RMM is easy enough and isnt a reason to take points away.
No uninstall password on desktop agent. Though from what I understand, these are feature requests that are in the works.

Not really a con or a dislike, but each roaming client doesnt follow a flow-chart for policy like OpenDNS does. Instead, each user needs their own policy assigned.

No method to update ALL policies in one click like a Global blacklist once you customize a site with their own policy. They do have global policies and if a site doesnt need to get customized outside of that, they save a lot of time.

Would like more detail as to why something was blocked.

**Recommendations to others considering DNSFilter:**

Implementation is very straight forward and once you get familiar with the UI, it presents actionable information quickly and in an easy-to-understand way.

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

the ease of deployment, the feature list, the cost, the development roadmap, i love the reporint and metrics that wer can get out of it too - it's the perfect security option for a small team in that it has a tiny adminstrative foot print but packs way above its weight in terms of risk reduction

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

the logging could be better; it's difficult to de bug complex network / routing problems re resolution.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we're ISO 27001 certified and this technology is an easy win in terms of information leakage and recuding out attack exposure.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Alastair, thank you for your kind feedback! Thanks for being a valued customer.

 ### 46. Looks Good But Needs Work

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Manager, Cybersecurity Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter is a fairly powerful DNS Filtering/Content Security product. AD integration works pretty well for the most part. Love the focus on agent instead of virtual appliances. Implementation is on par with the competition. UI has steadily improved sinced we've been using it.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

DNSFilter as a company doesn't seem to have it all there. They do not seem to really care about MSPs, at least not us. Billing is a pain, and when I attempt to work with their billing department or my account rep, I don't get a solid answer. Based on how much money is going into marketing, I assume they're trying to boost revenue for a sale in the near future. VPN use with the agent is a hard no. Causes issues with users being able to access sites they normally would. Support does not give a work around for this. Support overall is pretty good and quick to respond, however if an issue has to be worked on by the developers you're pretty much out of luck for a quick fix. Overall I wouldn't recommend it to other MSPs.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securing and monitoring what websites users are able to access and auditing what they are accessing.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Matt, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and giving us constructive criticism. I can tell you first-hand that we care very much about our MSP customers (we have a partner portal for MSPs like yourself), but there are definitely things we can make easier for our customers, billing is one of those issues. I’m happy to take your issue to the billing department and assist with working out your issue. We’d love to chat with you more about your issues and help you get them ironed out. Thanks again for being a customer and giving us your honest feedback.

 ### 47. Great Software, Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark L. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

DNS Filter is very easy to deploy via our RMM software. It helps us add another layer of security and is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

Agents can go offline at times but a simple restart script via RMM fixes it.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It blocks bad websites and helps increase employee productivity

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks for the kind words, Mark. We have done work on our Roaming Clients, and we're always looking to improve. If you run into any issues please reach out to support so they can assist.

 ### 48. Perfect for Multi Academy Trusts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The MSP dashboard allows you to look at your different tenancies and you are able to filter out your different users and policies. It is easy to integrate with active directory as well as implement it into deployments.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

For some reason, when staff take their laptops home, it breaks the agent so we have to uninstall and then reinstall it as the internet doesn't work when it is broken (pink icon.) Support has stated that they can't do anything to resolve the issue which is a problem as we use it all the time.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It blocks websites

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback. I've brought your issue to our support team. This sounds like an issue with the previous client 1.10.3 that has since been fixed. Please reach out to success@dnsfilter.com and reference this conversation, we'd love to get this sorted for you. Thank you!

 ### 49. DNSFilter - Good but missing important feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The roaming agent can be installed on laptops and protect them whereever they are.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

They do not provide a GeoIP filter to block IP addresses from specific countries.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providers protection for mobile clients.

**Official Response from Serena Raymond:**

> Thanks for the review! I'm glad you're getting use out of our Roaming Client for hybrid and remote environments. As for GeoIP filtering, this is a feature that is currently under review. I highly recommend you vote for this feature on our roadmap along with any other features you're interested in. And don't hesitate to reach out to support if anything comes up!

 ### 50. You don't need an Umbrella for great security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about DNSFilter?**

The greatest thing about DNSFilter is the ability to set different DNS Servers for users. If you have a laptop, desktop, server, etc. You can set these to different DNS servers so you can create custom rules for each. The ease of use and implementation by setting up rules then simply changing the DNS servers is awesome. Need to lock it down? Download the agent to force them regardless of settings. I can easily integrate this into our security stack and update daily for users that have trouble getting to legitimate sites. If you have any trouble, just contact Customer Support. They have really good support, not that you honestly will ever need it...but they are there if you do. I find this with Bitdefender Endpoint a GREAT way to eliminate all threats even ones that may get through as they cannot get out as easily. I update daily the whitelist and blacklist and never have any problems with the frequency of use.

**What do you dislike about DNSFilter?**

There is a lot of Whitelisting, but I ensure my setup is more strict through all the options. This might be a deterant for some, but if you want to be secure, then you turn on everything. Just be careful with the APPLICATION control. I have literally had valid websites and applications stop when we did not mean to. Beyond the Application control, everything else is AWESOME. When you pair with Bitdefender, it shows a specific error from Bitdefender when DNSFilter blocks a site. I love it. Makes it so much easier to document what goes where and then you can ask the WHY to that user. Communication and training are KEY.

**What problems is DNSFilter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Add another layer to my security. Bitdefender is good. Firewalls are good, but why not also block at a DNS level. It solves the 0-day issues and also limits other risks.

## DNSFilter Discussions
 - [Would you ever consider attempting to take the top most frequently blocked sites/urls across all of your educational institution clients and within the filtering system suggest these in the blacklist portal for policy editing? This could help us all stay on the same page in regards to the popular trends/games the students are into at that time and be a little more proactive for our administration. For example, there was a hit game called surviv.io that was blocked by the gaming policy but could be found at ~10 diff URLs across the web, making it hard to block completely. I'm sure this feature would require a lot but just a wondering for the future :)](https://www.g2.com/discussions/34820-would-you-ever-consider-attempting-to-take-the-top-most-frequently-blocked-sites-urls-across-all-of-your-educational-institution-clients-and-within-the-filtering-system-suggest-these-in-the-blacklist-portal-for-policy-editing-this-could-help-us-all-) - 2 comments, 1 upvote
