I like the depth of commitment Sohaib has put into white labeling: custom domain, full branding, and no attribution anywhere. It allows me to have my own business and revenue stream selling AI agentic solutions. The bring-your-own-key model is amazing, since I can sell on a usage basis with my own AI provider keys, email, and SMS infrastructure. I also like the multi-channel architecture. I can handle Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, web chat, and email as one conversation per contact in a single threaded view across channels. It’s a very simple way to deploy omnichannel infrastructure for a client, and it’s really well thought out. We tried to break it and weren’t able to. It consistently responds with almost magical, human-level, emotionally mature communication that I haven’t seen from anything else that calls itself a chatbot. I found the initial setup and learning curve took a little while to master, maybe a few days or a week. DM Champ actually does quite a lot to help, but I had to get familiar with the interface, what was important, and how to configure everything properly. I also had to commit to training it day by day for the first 30 days.
